DELIVERY PARTNER POLICY & TERMS

Fist Pary: Foodiyoo India Food Industry Pvt. Ltd.

Second Pary: Delivery Exicutive

Both parties agreed the following:

The Second Party will work for the First party in the post of Delivery Partner

The Second Party assumes keeping the work confidentially and not disclosing
relevant secrets for others and adhering to the time schedule specified by the
First Party.

The Second Party assumes doing his best endeavors for carrying out the task
assigned to him in the work and undertaking all assignments issued to him and
accepts working at any of the Company branches or centers owned by the First
party in the state of Kerala whenever required to do so. It’s not allowed for
him to work for others during the contract validity.

The Second Party shall follow all the first party’s internal regulations and
policies and policies and assumes not violating any of the same. The decided
penalties shall be applied in case of any violation committed by the Second
Party.

The period of this contract is valid starting from the date of joining of the
work, providing obtaining the approval of the regulatory authorities in the
nation of India.

Any dispute arising in relation to the execution or interpretation of this
contract shall be subject to the Indian Laws and jurisdiction.

Second parties are not allowed to carry/transport any kind of
drugs/Chemical/Alcohol in the assigned duty time or when on duty. The First
Party is not responsible for any legal issues involved in such issues. First
party not promoting any kind of illegal activities or transporting related
illegal drugs.

In case any party wishes to terminate this contract, he has to give the other
party a written notice with the corresponded person in 7 days before the date of
termination. Termination without notice as considered missing and each day fine
₹250 will be deducted from the weekly payment.


SALARY POLICY

POLICY 1

Rs.40 per each delivery + Rs. 300 incentive (10 Hours) / Rs.40 per each delivery
+ Rs. 200 incentive per day (5 Hours)

Second party will get Daily Fixed incentive asper condition (Full time – Rs.
300, 10 hours/day or Part time – Rs. 200, 5 hours/day) only completing the
agreed working hours each day and completion of 7 days (one week).

Second party eligible to get 40% of daily incentive only encase:

 * Second party need to stop the contract in-between in the week without
   incompletion of 7 days and without prior 7 days written notice period.
 * If second party terminated by First Party with valid reason (User complaints,
   Neglect of company policy, Neglect of company rules and regulations).
 * Incompletion of 10 working hours each day and Incompletion of 7 days (one
   week).




LEAVE POLICY

Second party allowed with one weekly day off assigned by first party.

Second party not allowed to take weekly off in any special occasion, Festival
days or weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Second party should apply min two days
prior to take additional day off and not entitle to take day off without First
party approval. More than one weekly off will be calculated nonpaid leave and
deducted from the weekly payment.

Second party not entitle to take continues weekly days off. Weekly off will be
assigned by First party. Each weekly off in between min 4 to 7 days


ORDERS HANDLING POLICY

Second party not entitled to reject assigned orders.

Second party should complete the assigned order without any delay within the
timeframe once the food get prepared by the restaurant partner.

Second party should start the order delivery within 5 min from the time when the
food gets prepared by the restaurant partner.

Second party responsible to check the collected order item and quantity to avoid
missing item or wrong item delivery. failure of any conditions is considered
unsuccessful order delivery and Second party should accept to replace the order
or delivery the item to the same user. (Unsuccessful orders are not considered
as paid).

Second party not entitle to request Tip or Extra amount for completing the
delivery. First party have the rights to terminate the contract at any time with
penalty of company reputation damage encase notice such act from Second party.
Second party shall agree to compensate the Company reputation damage or user
lose.

More than 2 user complaint against Second party cause to terminate this contract
any time without notice


DELIVERY BAG & UNIFORM POLICY

First party will Provide Delivery bag, Uniform (2 T shirts) to the second party
and not be allowed to use any other parcel bag to transport the food orders.

Second party must wear T-shirts on the duty hours which are provided by the
first party. Delivery bags and shirts are First party personal property and not
allowed to use for any other company or personal use.

First party will deduct ₹150 (for each day) from second party salary as a
penalty encase Second party fail to follow above points.

Second party needs to pay the Delivery bag and t-shirt fee ₹1500 when signing
this document.

Second party need to return delivery bag when stopping his job or terminating
his contract by First Party. First party will determine the value of the
delivery bag If Second party need to stop working with First party to get the
delivery bag security money refund. Total damage delivery bag cannot be
recollected. Delivery bag should be neat and clean without brocken material or
without any missing parts to determine the refund value.

First Party have all the right to amend the contract details with Second Party
acknowledge at any time.
