   As a first time homebuyer, Mike has been amazing every step of the way,
   answering concerns even outside of work hours. It is clear that he has the
   interests of the buyer in mind as he would often provide educational
   information, even for terms that might not necessarily benefit him as a
   lender.
   
   His team has always been extremely professional and thorough during the
   process. I've never felt the need to check in on the progress of any pending
   items or keep track of all the different components of the loan, because
   Mike's team would update me regularly on those things. For urgent matters
   such as interest rate changes, Mike has also been extremely transparent and
   straightforward.
   
   Will definitely be referring Mike to all my friends and family from now on.

   Mike Del Preto and team were absolutely amazing to work with. Mike provides
   extremely detailed emails and walks you through every step of the process. He
   constantly asks if you have any questions and wants to make sure you are
   confident while moving forward. I had the best experience working with Mike
   and will be recommending him and his team to family and friends who are

   Mike and his team made our first home buying experience and mortgage as easy
   and pain free as possible. They provided great background information, were
   always available and responsive with questions we had, and went out of their
   way to give us the best deal possible. On top of that, the closing process
   was quick, simple and painless due to the hard work his team put in. Not many
   people could believe that our Lender was fully ready to close in 2 weeks from
   when we had a signed contract, but we were quick to tell them it was true
   because of Mike and his team. Thank you all for your hard work and we highly

   I really wish that I could recommend Mike more, but I just can't. Mike will
   treat you like his own family member and is the kind of lender that you want
   in your corner. Please, look no further and go with Mike to help finance your
   next home purchase. Mike is genuine, authentic, honest, reliable, affordable,
   professional and most importantly punctual. Mike and his team are the
   quickest in the business. We were in a tight situation timing wise and Mike
   was able to get us a pre approval letter within a couple of hours of us
   seeing the home! Mike and his team were extremely thorough throughout the
   entire process and communication was key. To top it off, Mike was readily
   available at all hours of the day to respond to my follow up questions that I
   had. Mike was even kind enough to send us a gift after the closing was done
   and we plan to stay in touch when it comes time to refinance. Thank you again
   for all that you did for our family Mike!

   This was our first home purchase, and after working with Mike, we can't
   recommend him enough. From our first intake call, Mike was clear that he
   leads with educating his clients along the way and this really made him stand
   out. We learned so much about the process from Mike, and he was always
   available to answer our questions and provide guidance.
   
   Mike offered the lowest rates and fees, and every line item was transparent
   from day one. There were no surprises when it came to closing.
   
   Mike is supported by a fantastic team (Corrine, John, Tammy and Yvonne) who
   ensured our application was processed without any delays. We will not
   hesitate to work with Mike when the time comes to buy another home!

   condo purchase. From the first phone conversation to the final phone-call
   after closing, the entire process was extremely smooth. I started by calling
   various mortgage companies before making my final decision. After talking
   with Mike, I knew instantly I would be working with his company. Mike and his
