Office Hours:
8 A.M. to 12 P.M. and 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. (Closed for lunch from 12 P.M. to 1 P.M.)
Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays & posted advance notice closure days/hours

Please note: Beginning November 18th, 2014 our office will be closed from 4 -5
pm once per quarter, on the third Tuesday of the following months: March, May,
August and November.

The County Clerk Recorder’s Office hours of operation are Monday – Friday, From
8 A.M. to 12 P.M. and 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. Closed for lunch from 12 P.M. to 1 P.M.
We stop recording at 4 P.M. and stop issuing marriage licenses at 4:30 P.M.

AS PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES TO HELP SLOW/STOP THE SPREAD OF COVID-19:

 * NO MORE THAN TEN (10) CUSTOMERS AT A TIME WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE COUNTY
   CLERK/RECORDERS' OFFICE
 *  NO MORE THAN FIVE (5) CUSTOMERS AT A TIME WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PUBLIC
   ACCESS COMPUTER AREA – BECAUSE OF THE SIX (6) FOOT DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS
   PUBLIC ACCESS COMPUTERS ARE LIMITED TO FIVE (5) SO WE ASK THAT YOU COMPLETE
   APPLICATIONS FOR SERVICES ONLINE BEFORE COMING INTO THE OFFICE
 * CUSTOMERS MUST MAINTAIN A DISTANCE OF SIX (6) FEET BETWEEN EACH OTHER
 * CUSTOMERS MUST WEAR A FACIAL COVERING IN ORDER TO BE SERVE
 * HAND SANITIZER WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMER USE AT EACH STATION ON THE
   CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER AND AT THE ENTRY/EXIT WAY OF THE PUBLIC ACCESS
   COMPUTER AREA
 * APPLICATIONS FOR SERVICES SHOULD BE COMPLETED ONLINE AT HOME BEFORE ARRIVING
   TO THE OFFICE TO EXPEDITE SERVICE AND HELP LIMIT TIME SPENT IN THE OFFICE
 * WHENEVER POSSIBLE, REQUESTS FOR SERVICES THAT CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED VIA MAIL OR
   ELECTRONICALLY SHOULD BE ACCOMPLISHED IN THAT MANNER
