However, most of the people I work with as a business-life coach share a common
experience. They frequently feel stuck, swamped and overwhelmed, alternated by
brief periods of excitement and fun.

Isolation, stress and overwhelm are part and parcel of the small business
journey, from time to time. I’ve certainly had that experience in my many years
running various businesses, before becoming a business-life coach. Most of my
clients have as well, but the constant feeling of chaos disappears when you
