SMART CITY DEVELOPMENT

i-City, i-City Properties
An ICT-based urban development sitting across 72 acres in Section 7, Shah Alam.
With an estimated total construction cost of RM4.5 Billion, the development of
the entire i-City comprises of retail, commercial, residential, hotel and
leisure components. Full QS services were provided for i-SoHo towers,
i-Residence, i-Hotel by Best Western (all of which have been completed and
handed over) as well as DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Hill10 Residences, the
remainder of the Central Development and associated infrastructure for the site.

DATA CENTRE

TM ONE Data Centre @ Johor 
Commenced in 2015 and completed in 2017, TM ONE Data Centre is a 20MW Tier III
certified data centre in Nusajaya Tech Park with a total contract value of
approximately RM150 Million. It consists of one block of 2-storey administration
building, one block of 3-storey data centre and ancillary works.

 

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY FABRICATION


PKT is currently delivering 2 Advanced Technology Fabrication Facilities for 2
large MNCs, one in Melaka and another in Penang. We have been involved in cost
planning, contract advice, procurement of contractors, contract administration
for these semiconductor players.

MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT

Solaris Dutamas  2, UEM Sunrise Berhad
A combination of over 400 retail outlets, 1,000 office suites and 800 designer
serviced residences, Solaris Dutamas 2 has transformed the area by introducing
Publika – a uniquely designed upscale shopping mall with a focus on being
modern, creative and artsy. The development received the FIABCI Award 2014 for
Best Retail Mall.

RESIDENTIAL

Verve Suites, Bukit Kiara Properties 
An innovative project of 933 designer suites with over 100,000 square feet of
facilities featuring Malaysia’s First Sky beach. Verve Suites received the
FIABCI Prix d’Excellence 2015 Best High Rise World Gold Award, FIABCI Malaysia
Property 2014 Best High Rise Residential Award, Malaysia Landscape Architecture
2013 Project of the Year Award and Malaysia Institute of Architects 2011 Micro
Detail Design Award.

COMMERCIAL

SHELL Shared Services Centre Cyberjaya
The Shell Shared Services Building is Certified LEED Gold by USGBC. The Green
Building was awarded the LEED scorecard of Gold 73/100, being in the top 10% of
projects in the LEED rating system. Bangunan Lestari received FIABCI Award 2012
for Best Sustainable Office Building.

LOGISTICS HUB

Area Ventures Logistics Hub
A logistics hub with a built-up area of approximately 1.2 million square feet,
and a 320,000 square feet floor plate, this logistics hub planned to complete in
4Q 2019 will support the current booming e-commerce industry, and provides
warehousing for the businesses at affordable rates.


HOTEL

SO Sofitel, Oxley KLCC
Working on being the first of its kind in Malaysia, and setting future
benchmarks for 5 star boutique hotels, the first SO Sofitel in Malaysia will be
part of the Oxley KLCC mixed development on Jalan Ampang, and will be one of the
finest 5 star hotels available in KL.

HEALTH CARE

Sunway Medical Centre 2, Sunway Berhad
10-storey building for Advanced Medicine. Largest private hospital in the
region, with a total of about 600 beds (900 beds after future expansions), 170
consultation suites and 1,600 parking bays. Consists of Nuclear Medicine Centre,
Cancer Centre, Breast Care Centre, Digestive Health Centre and Dialysis Centre.
