PCB DESIGN AND SCHEMATIC CAPTURE SERVICES

Tri-Tec offers a wide range of PCB design services. From schematic capture to
PCB layout to final release fabrication package. This is our core business so
you will receive expert knowledge through the entire design process.

Tri-Tec's entire staff of designers follows IPC and MIL-Spec guidelines and we
have a detailed quality assurance system which allows us to guarantee schematic
to layout conformance. We have a solid PCB manufacturing and assembly knowledge
which leads to quality designs that are easily transferred into the fabrication
process the first revision.

TRI-TEC'S PCB DESIGN KNOWLEDGE:

 * Schematic capture and verification (from block diagram or hand drawn sketch)
 * Thru-hole to SMT conversion (both schematic and layout)
 * Critical design rules added at schematic level of project
 * Extensive Space and Military experience (ITAR certified business)
 * Commercial applications with expertise in the Medical field
 * HDI designs with Micro Via Technology/Via-in-pad/Laser micro via/Blind-buried
   stackups
 * High Speed, multilayer digital designs (controlled impedance, Differential
   pair routing, matched length bus routing, speeds up to 10 GHz)
 * DDR, DDR2, DDR3, and Ethernet routing expertise
 * EMI and signal integrity issues managed throughout the design phase
 * RF/Microwave designs up to 2.4 GHz (filters, antennas, guard rings,
   shielding)
 * Power Supply designs (Planer transformers, motor drivers, High voltage, UL
   spec)
 * Mixed Analog/Digital designs
 * Flex and Rigid-Flex design expertise
 * 95% of all designs are manually routed
 * Complete documentation package as final deliverable (Gerbers, FAB/Assy
   drawings, IPC netlist, XY data, and database file of design)
