WHAT IS IT:

Feldenkrais is a wellness practice that is designed to work in alliance with
your nervous system and has many physical and emotional benefits. Working with
the nervous system helps address the root cause of one’s physical limitations,
aches, and pains – inefficient movement habits. Gentle touch during individual
Feldenkrais session helps your brain rewire itself to improve your movement
habits. The change happens at an unconscious level.

HOW IS IT DIFFERENT:
