Indiana Foundation Service waterproofed our basement last year. Today was our
one year inspection. We really appreciated the service provided by Phillip and
Joe C. They were both friendly and personable while also very professional and
efficient. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how the plates
work as they are tightened over time. Definitely some of the nicest home
maintenance workers we have ever had. Thanks guys!

experience working with the company has been excellent. Today, the crew of Dylan
and Dylan reinforced the floor in our 140 year old basement. They were
professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the area when the job was complete.

I was very pleased with the service that that John, Jr and Brady a performed.
John went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. He is a very
knowledgeable person and knows what he is doing. I enjoyed talking with him he
is a very good people person. If I were to need any more service from this
company I would definitely ask for Jr. He made sure that my doors would all
latch due to jacking up the floors and made all the necessary adjustments to see
that they did so. He did what it took to get the job done right. I wish he had

Brian and John was so professional, crawl space looks so much better, and they
cleaned up their scrap. I'm anxious for a damp free crawl space. Robert and
Steven, James and Brandon all did a very good job with the basement
waterproofing. Everything looks so good and they cleaned their scrap too. Can't
wait for a damp free basement. Seth Brown, the inspector that gave us the quote
was very nice too. I recommend Tar Heel Basement to anybody. Their staff is
great.

We had sinking sections of our pool decking as well as our front porch. Shawn
and Justin came and injected that amazing foam and now both are much better!
Shawn explained what had been done and even gave me his cell number in case my
husband, who was not there at the time, had any questions about what had been
done. The area was cleaned up before they left. Each man was respectful of the
property and very courteous and polite to me. Great job! We are pleased.

Foundation Support Specialists' professional team took special care with our
beloved 100 year old Seaton Church sanctuary in stabilizing it for future
generations–not an easy task in the black dirt of East Bell County. The
foundation is stronger and systems are now in place to reduce moisture and water
damage to the frame structure. Thank you Adan, Julio and Jose for doing the hard
