Learn through first-person embodied experiences that inspire. Students discover abstract concepts tactically and kinesthetically. Connect to symbolic notation and vocabulary for enduring memories. LEARN MORE A new paradigm for education Prisms is the world’s first spatial learning platform in which students learn core math, science, and everything else through abstracting up from physical human experiences. Learn about how Prisms is changing how students experience their education. Explore Prisms The Prisms Story Prisms was founded by Anurupa Ganguly, an MIT engineer turned educator. After over a decade of teaching, leading curriculum and instruction for some of the largest districts in the US -- Anurupa became convicted that we must re-imagine how our children are educated for schools to deliver their promise to families: of developing passionate, curious, empathetic and resilient thinkers and leaders who will take on the problems of today with gusto, passion and success. That’s something I had seen lacking in the classroom before — struggle was perceived as negative. To hear them say let me try again was really powerful.” Trudi Croy Teacher, Pomona, CA “I see Prisms being the future of education. Students are immersed in this experience and are able to kinesthetically manipulate the math around them in a physical space and then apply that to pen and paper.” Andrea Ruby Teacher, Philadelphia, PA “Using Prisms, I feel like I'm able to grasp math better because I'm able to use it in real life scenarios... Especially when we do word problems it makes so much more sense to me because I’m actually able to understand that what I’m reading is something else I’ve done.” Cara Student, Bullitt, KY “I was so excited that we would be able to put technology in the hands of our kids that would give them an experience outside of Hillview, outside of Shepherdsville, Kentucky. They can immerse themselves in this learning, see new places, new things, and see how math actually does make a difference.” Kristi Lynch Principal from Bullitt, KY “I would definitely recommend Prisms to a teacher... with Prisms I’ve been able to learn a lot more. “ Xander Student, Philadelphia, PA Bring Prisms to your students PRISMS BLOG What has Prisms been up to?
