EYS Care Home provides supported accommodation for young people ages 16 to 25
transitioning to independence and adulthood. We understand that this phase of
life can be challenging, and our dedicated team aims to support and guide each
young person every step of the way.

At EYS Care Home, we believe in creating a nurturing and empowering environment
for young individuals who are ready to embark on their journey towards
independence. Our goal is to provide a safe and secure space where you can
