Purchase a summer Rec membership and Be Fit pass and receive a free locker rental. * Promotional period runs May 1-July 5, 2024 * Must have a summer membership and Be Fit pass through July 31 in order to receive a free locker rental * Locker rental period is June 1-July 31, 2024 * Please visit Guest Services to receive promotional offer Faculty/Staff University Affiliate Full Fee Paying Students Student Affiliate Continuing Student Guest Pass Special Use Membership Cancellation FACULTY & STAFF Faculty or staff employed on the Boulder campus, Boulder campus retirees, and employees of University System offices in Boulder are eligible for membership. CU Boulder staff and faculty can use their Rec memberships to earn rewards as part of the Be Colorado Move program! This program provides a $25 incentive each month for tracking at least 12 days of qualified fitness/exercise through the Move app or a wearable activity tracker. Learn more about how to get started. MEMBERSHIP FEES Details Price Fees are paid thorugh a payroll deduction (available for Boulder campus employees paid monthly). Payroll deduction form - Please fill out form and turn it in at Guest Services desk to process membership. Monthly $55/month Senior (age 65 or older) $28/month Spouse/Partner/Dependent Child* $36/month Senior Spouse/Partner (age 65 or older) $18/month Sunrise Pass Sunrise membership provides access to both Rec Centers from 6 am-12 pm Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Sunrise is only available to faculty/staff, not spouses, partners or dependents. $25/month 10-Punch Pass (Non-transferrable, expires 1 year after date of purchase) $75 Daily $10 One-Month Trial Trial memberships give you access to the Main Rec Center and Williams Village Rec Center, day-use lockers and changing facilities, group fitness classes (no Be Fit Pass required), wellness services and more. (Available to faculty/staff only, non-transferable, purchase limit of one) $25 *Spouse/Partner/Dependent Child Membership Policy In order for a spouse/partner to purchase a membership for the spousal rate, primary membership is required and must be purchased first. If the affiliated patron is not going to purchase a primary membership, then the spouse can purchase a primary membership for the regular fee (not the spousal rate). In either case, the patrons must present a marriage license/certificate, joint tax return(s), proof of joint bank account or a lease with the same residence. City of Boulder Domestic Partnership registration is also accepted. Dependents are children ages 1-17. Anyone 18 and over must affiliate on their own. FULL FEE PAYING STUDENTS All CU-Boulder students who pay full CUSG fees (Rec Expansion and Student Activity Fee) are members of the Recreation Center. Students who pay partial or base CUSG fees can purchase a Rec Center membership that makes up the difference between the partial and full fee amounts. FULL FEE PAYING STUDENTS (SUMMER) Students enrolled in summer classes that are assessed full fees will have Rec Center access for the duration of their classes. For example, if a student is enrolled in B Session classes which start on July 1, but no classes before that, they would need to purchase a membership to have access prior to July 1. STUDENT AFFILIATE (FALL/SPRING ONLY) Non-credit Continuing Education, Stay Connected, ACCESS, UC Denver, UCCS, and International English Center (IEC) students are eligible to purchase student affiliate memberships.
