COMMON QUESTIONS

 * CAN PEOPLE ON MY POLICY BE ON DIFFERENT PLANS?
   
   All members need to be on the same plan as the policyholder, this includes
   any modules that have been added. If a member is over 18 and wants to be on a
   different plan, they will need to transfer to their own policy. Members can
   have Critical Illness and Cancer Assist individually.

 * AFTER JOINING, WHEN CAN I START CLAIMING ON THE POLICY? IS THERE A STAND-DOWN
   PERIOD?
   
   You can claim for most benefits on our health insurance policies straight
   away, although some benefits require a period of continuous cover before you
   can claim (loyalty benefits). You can check your policy document to confirm
   the loyalty benefits.
   
   Our HealthEssentials plan has a three month stand-down period for dental
   treatment, optometrist consultations and prescription glasses/contact lenses.
