GREAT STAY AT ADANA
I am very grateful for cost and comfortable stay. I was surprised with
early check in which was super nice. Great pillow menu, breakfast menu and
sweets in lobby bar. Small gym only for hotel clients is good, but I would
like to point your attention to cleanliness of dumbbells and other
equipment. It could be better. The big gym unfortunately is open for public
attendance so no privacy or cosiness there. Thank you.

FANTASTIC HOTEL AND STAFF
Enjoyed another week long stay at the hotel - business trip but hotel and
staff make the overall experience relaxing and refreshing. Special mention
goes to Gizem and Volga in customer services who take the extra time to
ensure guests like myself have everything in place ahead of arrival. Front
desk and concierge staff have all become familiar faces now and they take
time out to say hello and check things ok. Always a pleasure to spend time
in the 10th floor lounge and chat to Neslihan and team who work hard to
maintain the high standards and also provide a warm welcome. Looking
forward to next trip in June.

PROBABLY THE BEST HOTEL EVER!
Potentially the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I've stayed at
hundreds. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful. As a titanium elite
member, I did receive a room upgrade from the standard; however, it was not
a suit or anything over the top luxurious. None-the-less, the room was
perfect for working with a nice sized desk and plenty of power outlets and
acceptable lighting. The view from the 10th floor was spectacular, with a
beautiful framing of the Sabanci Merkez Camii mosque. I took some of the
most breathtaking pictures. The bathroom was a delight as well. The entire
room was very clean and appeared new. The staff that cleaned the room did a
wonderful job. Breakfast in the morning was a impressive as well. I do not
believe I have ever seen a larger selection of breads. They practically
have a bakery in the hotel. They also provided some local confections for a
treat later. Self-parking was easy with a short walk and the valet did a
fabulous job as well when I used them. The rear of the hotel displayed
several pools and a bar. I did not use these as it was out of season, but
they were a delight to view. There was an indoor pool as well. The gym is
by the far the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. It is a fitness club used by
locals with a membership. So, hotel guests had access to an actual fitness
club. There was also a bar that I did not try out and I did not eat at the
restaurant in the evening, because I had access to the Marriott Club
lounge. This was the best lounge I have been in at either Marriott or
Hilton. The food was incredible! During my two-week stay I do not believe
they served the same food twice. And there were always multiple options.
The salad bar was incredible and their deserts to die for. And then there
was the staff. The staff really took care of us and made us feel truly
special. I want to personally thank Neslihan, Simge and Asya and all the
chefs for taking care of a few old Americans and making this business trip
the best one ever. I cannot recommend The Sheraton Grand Adana enough. If
you are ever in the neighborhood, I highly recommend you stop by.

JANUARY ONE WEEK STAY FOR BUSINESS
Enjoyed yet another fantastic stay at this great hotel, seven days spent
amongst some of the most friendly and welcoming staff I’ve had the pleasure
to meet amongst my extensive travel’s globally. Cannot recommend the hotel
highly enough, on the edge of five star status from my POV. Neslihan in the
lounge was ready with a warm welcome and always approachable and attentive.
Bugra on reception seemed constantly on duty and was so friendly and warm
on the many occasions we chatted - providing advice and just being
attentive. The concierge guys looked smart in the new uniforms and soon get
to know your name and guaranteed to greet with warm smiles.
Will be back in around 4 weeks and can always trust not to worry about
coming back with the hotel set up for success !

IT WAS GOOD
Rooms are big and clean.
Breakfast Service Team were excellent.
Spa was perfect but Reception was not so good.
Most of the Gusest are using Mobiles in Hamam or in common Areas by Sauna
etc.
Don't take any Present like Knives in your Suitcase.
You should put your Present in to a Safe or if you have any in your Car.
