BUXTON MASSAGE

I blend techniques to give you the treatment that meets your needs and
requirements. To give you a personalised treatment, I work with and incorporate
with Deep Tissue, Swedish and Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki and
Reflexology. I focus on bringing relief from muscular tension and calming the
nervous system to bring total relaxation and inner peace.


About Me I am strongly connected to nature and the outdoors, spending my free
time with my Labrador – Leela – exploring the beautiful Peak District and the
surrounding areas. I also enjoy outdoor swimming and have found many benefits
from being in water. I am sensitive and caring and hopefully these qualities
shine through in my Holistic Treatments. My journey into healing therapies
started in 2010 when I qualified in City & Guilds Level 3 in Complementary and
Alternative Therapies. I could see the huge benefits that massage brought to
people. Since then, and with Continued Professional Development, I am now
qualified in Swedish, Aromatherapy and Indian Head massage; Deep Tissue
techniques; and Reflexology. I also have qualifications in Hot Stone massage,
Seated Chair massage, Thai Foot massage, Aromatherapy Pedicure and Reiki (Level
1 & 2).

HOLISTIC MASSAGE

A holistic approach treats the whole person – body, mind, and spirit, with all
aspects of energy considered, not the physical alone. All of my massage options
treat my client in this manner and incorporate my range of techniques. I listen
to your needs and assess what the body reveals to me as I work, offering you a
comprehensive and organic treatment.


DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Read More Deep tissue massages are used to break up scar tissue and break down
muscle adhesions, the “knots” that we often feel in our muscles. Usually more
than one treatment is required.


MOBILE MASSAGE

READ More We offer a mobile massage service throughout the Buxton area, in the
comfort of your own house at a time to suit you and your schedule,

Read More Reduce pain and psychological symptoms, such as stress and anxiety,

practitioner’s hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head and
front and back of the torso.
