Warm greetings from Four Points by Sheraton Production City, Dubai and
I hope you reached your destination safely.
Firstly, thank you for choosing to stay with us and for allowing us to
accommodate your travel needs. Please accept my sincere apology as I
believe there was a misunderstanding on our conversation upon your
departure. Upon receiving the information that there was a missing item
from your room, myself and our security manager, went to check all
areas of your room and vicinity. We have thoroughly inspected the trash
bin and pantries in case it has been mixed with other items,
unfortunately unsuccessful. We have discussed the same with your wife
regarding the process we have in place in ensuring all our associates
are being checked before and after their duties to make sure that none
of the items from the hotel can be taken outside.
After carefully checking all possible areas, it is with regret to
inform you that we did not find any missing spices as mentioned. As
discussed with you prior to your departure from our hotel, we have
wished that our management has been informed on same day it has been
missing. Please rest assured that we have done all our due diligence in
process in all our best to investigate the matter.
We are disappointed to hear that you were not able to enjoy your stay
to the fullest due to this incident. If there is anything else that we
can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Despite your current experience, we look forward in having the
opportunity to welcome you back shall your travel plans bring you back
to Dubai.

MY FIRST HOTEL CHOICE FOR FUTURE TRIPS TO DUBAI
I am glad I didn't allow previous bad reviews to prevent me from staying at
the Four Points Production city hotel. Very enjoyable one week experience,
very friendly and helpful staff, spacious, cousy and quiet common areas
like the library allowed for convenient business work and calls, different
very comfortable sitting areas in both buildings. Also enjoyed very much
the pool area and the food service while relaxing by the pool is great.
Enjoyed the restaurant and sports bar. Location worked great for me as it
is away from the stressful crowded city but close enough to get there or
any mall in a short courtesy hotel bus ride. Special thanks to Mr. Kazi,
all breakfast and restaurant staff, housekeeping Mr. Yawo always so
respectful and helpful, Mrs. Joana at the front desk always so cooperative,
and pool personal arranging for steam room and sauna at any time I needed.
Thanks so much to everyone working at this hotel for making of this stay a
wonderful experience. I spend an average of 200 days a year in hotels all
over the world and I am really looking forward to returning here soon!

ELITE STATUS UNHONORED
Don't expect an upgrade even if you are a titanium member not to mention
that there was at least a standard suite available on their portal but
still the staff member fails to value such status to an elite member even
though its off-peak season and there's plenty of availability.

WEIRD DESIGN AND THIN DOORS
Room overlooking the lobby, interconnected room with very thin doors,
couldn’t sleep all night from noise next door, and hotel in an abandoned
area with no services
