E-PANEMA EBLIDA’S PARTNERSHIP MATCHING TOOL E-PANEMA will help you find partnerships and collaborations with colleagues in Europe participating in EU projects. What is E-PANEMA’s aim? E-PANEMA (Eblida PArtNErship MAtching tool) is: * a DISCOVERY tool – library planning conform to European programmes and SDGs; * a COMMUNITY tool – facilitates partnerships for library projects funded by European programmes. How does it work Please use E-PANEMA to: * Navigate through SDG-oriented, EU-funded European programmes to be INFORMED about pioneering changes in libraries and library orientation; * Get INSPIRATION for projects you would like to file withing EU programmes; * Be FACILITATED in your search for partnerships within European programmes and in planning the developments of your library. Why do I need E-PANEMA When filing an application for a EU programme, you want to know: * Whether other libraries in Europe have already implemented your ideas in library policy and planning; * Because, if I am filing an application, very likely I need to consolidate my project proposal with partnerships or examples and models. We will work with young students (age 15 to 19) from at least 4 different European countries. The project will be the opportunity for them to reflect and express their opinions on the topic selected. * Italy * 10: Reduced Inequality * /11: Sustainable Cities and Communities * Climate change, environment and environment education * /Democracy * /Civic society and literacies EU BOOK EXCHANGE FOR CULTURAL INTERPRETATION OF GENDER EQUALITY This project proposes a cross-cultural initiative aimed at fostering dialogue and understanding among European students on the topic of gender equality. Women coming from immigrant backgrounds are often at the receiving end of discrimination and inequality, and they struggle to find recognition and acceptance in the territories they reside in: this reality is particularly true in Italy. As libraries are first and foremost a place of democracy, they could play a huge role in helping immigrant women advocate for themselves and find new opportunitie * Italy * 4: Quality Education * /5: Gender Equality * Access to culture * /Education and vocational training, including library training * /Diversity and cultural diversity SPA4OCEAN The overall project aims at providing knowledge and tools to support analysis, debate and decision-making, in view of facilitating the strict protection of 10% of European seas, as per the European Union’s Biodiversity Strategy for 2030.
