Bin erst am Anfang mit dem Wahu, aber schon nach ca 15 min ist ein Fortschritt sichtbar, werde also dran bleiben. Ich hab das Set mit der Halbkugel und Rolle gekauft, da ich beim alten Board mit der Rolle schnell frustriert war. Beim Wahu funktioniert aber auch die Rolle von Anfang an als Beginner. Die Halbkugel erlaubt auch Bewegung in die Querrichtung, was ich für das allgemeine Balance-Training ganz hilfreich finde. Yes No Probstzella, Germany, 1 month ago Anonym Verified Customer Blackweek Specialbundle Letztes Jahr habe ich ein Balanceboard von einer anderen Marke bestellt und sofort gemerkt, dass das nicht wirklich grooved, da die Oberfläche eben ist. Dadurch kommt man als Anfänger nicht mehr in die Balance zurück, wenn man etwas zu weit exzentisch gekommen ist. Das Wahu ist im Gegensatz dazu gekrümmt. dadurch hat man einen viel besseren Hebel. Es ist auch kürzer als das andere Board, sodass man gar nicht so weit exzentrisch werden kann. Bin erst am Anfang mit dem Wahu, aber schon nach ca 15 min ist ein Fortschritt sichtbar, werde also dran bleiben. Ich hab das Set mit der Halbkugel und Rolle gekauft, da ich beim alten Board mit der Rolle schnell frustriert war. Beim Wahu funktioniert aber auch die Rolle von Anfang an als Beginner. Die Halbkugel erlaubt auch Bewegung in die Querrichtung, was ich für das allgemeine Balance-Training ganz hilfreich finde.
