WELCOME TO TECHNOPATH’S DEN!

I offer my thoughts up for the world to tear down.


WHAT IS THIS BLOG ABOUT?

This is a blog about nothing and everything. I will be sharing my thoughts about
anything that comes to my attention. I don’t have a pre-existing plan. I can,
however, promise that this blog is going to be honest. As honest as could be. I
will be writing as if I am writing in my own journal; as if I have nobody to
share that with. One of the things that I have loved about the internet ever
since I was a kid is how distant you are from anybody who gets across your work.
That distance, ironically, enables one to be as honest as one could be only with
the closest people.

There’s a certain beauty in the fact that you could read some of my most highly
held opinions and thoughts and do whatever you desire with it: ponder, remember
a point many years in the future and not even recall where it came from, have it
inspire you. You could think also take it as complete garbage - your call. In
return, I will do the same to you. That is the implicit contract we both agree
to as we open up our chosen way to interact with the greater net. This is the
beauty of the XXI century: Absolute access woven through all-encompassing
nihilism.


WHY?

For the longest time I have believed that there’s nothing I could offer the
world. I think that this is no longer entirely true. It is true that I won’t
have anything to offer if I do not try. I have to write to know if I have
anything to offer. This is my attempt to figure out if there is something to
offer.

It might be the case that my thinking-out-loud will move even a single soul -
that would be a triumph. It might be mere wishful thinking. The purpose of this
blog, however, is for me to have a space to share what is on my mind; to have a
space to share what is in my heart.


I AM NOT GREAT AT ANYTHING, BUT THAT’S OK.

There will be countless mistakes that I will make in the process of writing this
and many other posts. Starting from the simplest and dumbest grammatical errors
and increasing the severity of my errors all the way up to the expression and
valence of some of my core views and ideals. I am well aware of that: part of
the reason this blog exists - if it is not the reason this blog exists - is for
me to have a space to make those mistakes. I am wrong. I will be wrong. That is
okay, though.
