enCore Energy Corp., America’s Clean Energy Company™, is committed to providing
clean, reliable, and affordable domestic nuclear energy as the newest uranium
producer in the United States. Uranium production commenced at enCore’s licensed
and past-producing South Texas Rosita Central In-Situ Recovery (“ISR”) Uranium
Processing Plant (“CPP”) in November 2023 with work underway for a planned 2024
restart of uranium production at its licensed and past-producing South Texas
Alta Mesa CPP. The enCore team is led by industry experts with extensive
knowledge and experience in all aspects of ISR uranium operations and the
nuclear fuel cycle. enCore solely utilizes ISR for uranium extraction, a
well-known and proven technology co-developed by the leaders at enCore Energy.
In-Situ Recovery extracts uranium in a wellfield using natural groundwater and
oxygen, coupled with a proven ion exchange process, to recover the uranium.

Future projects in enCore’s production pipeline include the Dewey-Burdock
project in South Dakota and the Gas Hills project in Wyoming, along with
significant uranium resource endowments in New Mexico providing long term
opportunities. enCore diligently works to realize value from other owned assets,
including our proprietary uranium database that includes technical information
from many past producing companies, from our various non-core assets, and by
leveraging our ISR expertise in researching opportunities that support the use
of this technology as applied to other metals. enCore is also committed to
working with local communities and indigenous governments to create positive
impact from corporate developments.

IN-SITU RECOVERY TECHNOLOGY

Proven economical and environmentally responsible uranium extraction

INDUSTRY LEADING EXPERTS

Leading expertise in financing, development, production and reclamation

URANIUM SALES STRATEGY

Supported by 4 sales contracts while preserving exposure to market

NON-CORE ASSET STRATEGY

While investing in PFN technology and benefitting from exclusive mineral
databases

PERFECTLY POSITIONED FOR LONG-TERM GROWTH.

enCore’s production opportunities are created from our licensed and
past-producing South Texas Rosita ISR Central Processing Plant (CPP) and Alta
Mesa Central Processing Plant (CPP) with plans to expand feed from multiple
satellite projects. The changing global uranium supply/demand outlook combined
with a need for the expansion of nuclear energy provides opportunities for
enCore’s growth. Our advanced staged Dewey Burdock project and the Gas Hills
project add to the large uranium resource endowments in New Mexico, creating an
outstanding asset base for long term growth and development opportunities.

TEXAS

ROSITA & SOUTH TEXAS FACILITIES

Designed to process up to 3.6 mm pounds per year. Production plans for 2023 at
the Rosita CPP (with multiple satellite feed sources) and 2024 at the Alta Mesa
CPP

SOUTH DAKOTA

DEWEY-BURDOCK PROJECT

The 100% owned Dewey-Burdock Uranium Project is located in South Dakota’s
Edgemont Uranium District.

WYOMING

GAS HILLS PROJECT

The 100% owned project is located in the historic Gas Hills uranium district
situated 45 miles east of Riverton, Wyoming.

NEW MEXICO

CROWNPOINT & HOSTA BUTTE PROJECT

Large sandstone-hosted uranium deposits with potential for low cost In-Situ
Recovery (ISR) extraction.

OUR FOCUS

IN-SITU RECOVERY (ISR)
TECHNOLOGY

enCore Energy and its team of industry experts are focused on advancing In-Situ
Recovery (‘ISR’) uranium operations. ISR technology will be utilized at the
Company’s Texas production facilities, resulting in a lower cost and
environmentally friendly method of uranium extraction.

THE FUTURE

THE BENEFITS OF NUCLEAR

Nuclear power—the nation’s largest source of carbon-free electricity—is an
essential part of the U.S. clean energy portfolio. Nuclear generates nearly 20
percent of U.S. electricity and nearly 55 percent of our emissions-free
generation, more than all other sources combined.

1 Mineral resource estimates are based on technical reports prepared pursuant to
NI 43-101 and available on SEDAR as well as company website at
www.encoreuranium.com

2 A Qualified Person (as defined in NI 43-101) has not done sufficient work to
classify the historical estimate as a current mineral resource. Additional work
will be required to verify and update historical estimates, including a review
of assumptions, parameters, methods and testing. Historical estimates do not use
the current mineral resources categories prescribed under NI 43-101. enCore is
not treating the historical estimate as a current mineral resource and it should
