Know the basics of how our brains work, so that you can reduce resistance,
decrease stress and maximise positivity, creativity and engagement. Neuroscience
isn’t new, but as technology enables us to track how our brains work in
different situations, we can identify ways to apply this understanding in the
workplace.



Following the success of the last webinar where over 1000 of you attended,
Melanie will once again run through the basics of what neuroscience is, how it
applies to managing change, the benefits of basing your interventions on
neuroscientific principles and shares examples of how you can apply the concepts
to your own change initiatives.

With 25 years experience in international project and change management, I have
built extensive experience in the UAE and Gulf region. In addition to having
established and run a project management training company in Dubai, my
consulting clients include SABIC, Arab Banking Corporation, Saudi Electricity
Company, Zain and Hamad Medical . Elsewhere I work globally with the United
Nations, UK Houses of Parliament, National Grid US, FIFA and the European
Medicines Agency.

My role as Co-Chair of the Change Management Institute plus my 8 published books
means that I have both pasion and energy for my subject and wish to share it
with others through workshops, courses, consulting assignments and 1-2-1
coaching.
