management industry. MHA Cayman is focused on providing audit and assurance
services for investment funds and captive insurance entities around the world in
collaboration with our network.

We operate from two locations, London and the Cayman Islands, with partners and
staff in both offices under common management and ownership. Leveraging our
strong understanding of the global regulator environment, we are an established
and professional audit service provider to key players in the industry. We
believe that our approach to audit is unique in that we operate across
our offices as one firm working with clients and service providers
located across the globe.

Our boutique audit services are comprehensively tailored to service all types of
investment positions and strategies including crypto currency funds, private
equity funds, high frequency trading portfolios, exotic derivatives and illiquid
securities.

We have gained an excellent reputation for the quality and timely delivery of
our audit services, which has been key to our success. Our audit client base
comprises approximately 150 investment funds in various jurisdictions, both
offshore in the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and Delaware and onshore
in the USA and UK to name a few.

NIALL MCAULIFFE

PARTNER

Niall joined MHA Cayman as Audit Partner in May 2022, bringing 15 years of audit
and financial services experience.

Niall specialises in hedge fund and private equity audits. He is responsible for
leading financial services audit and assurance engagements, managing a team of
staff, and building and developing client relationships with local and
international clients.

Niall was with PwC for the first ten years of his career. Between 2016 and 2021,
Niall held senior leadership roles at Grant Thornton in the Cayman Islands, the
Middle East and Ireland offices. Prior to joining MHA Cayman, Niall was Deputy
Head of the Onsite Inspection Unit at the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority
(CIMA).

Niall is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
(ICAEW). He is a Member and Licensed Practitioner of the Cayman Islands
Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA) and a Certified Anti-Money
Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

BRANDON LIM SHUNG

AUDIT MANAGER

Brandon joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in March 2022 as a Manager in the Audit and
Assurance practice specialising in the audit of financial services.

Prior to joining MacIntyre Hudson, he qualified as a member of the ACCA and
spent more than 6 years working for PwC and KPMG in different jurisdictions
auditing large multinational financial services clients such as the Barclays
group and Standard Bank.

DAVID WALKER

MANAGING PARTNER

David Walker is Managing Partner of MHA Cayman and has been leading a successful
Cayman Islands based audit practice since 2008 as a licensed audit practitioner
focused on serving investment funds and digital assets businesses over which
time he has led the practice to a twentyfold growth.

With over 200 clients investing in, or servicing, the Digital Asset industry,
David has also completed an MSc in Digital Currency and his clients include
three of the largest names in the digital asset industry.

MHA Cayman is the auditor of Funds (including digital asset funds /
cryptocurrency-focused funds) and virtual asset service providers mainly
domiciled in the Cayman Islands, BVI and Delaware.

Currently, David is Treasurer of the Cayman Islands Blockchain Association and
Member of the Cayman Finance FinTech Committee. Formerly a longstanding CIIPA
Council member, David also chaired its Quality Committee.

By working very closely with his colleagues and network firms around the world,
David takes great pride and responsibility in ensuring each of his clients
receive a highly responsive and professional service.

CLEVER MAWARIRE

DIRECTOR

Clever joined MHA Maclntyre Hudson (UK & Cayman) in September 2021 as an Audit
Director.

Clever has extensive experience in the hedge fund industry, comprising funds
managed by the world’s top 50 ranked investment managers. His portfolio has
included funds investing in MBS, ABS, Structured Notes, Real Estate, Crypto
Assets and complex derivate contracts. He also has experience in financial
statements preparation and review and SOC 1 reporting. Clever started a track
record verification service line that targeted at helping start up managers to
market their strategies to potential investors which was a success. He worked
with emerging managers from the US, South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle
East. Clever is a Chartered Accountant, CFA Charterholder and holds an MBA from
Alliance Manchester Business School.
