GREAT HOTEL
The rooms are affordable and extremely well kept and comfortable. The
people there were courteous and helpful with everything we needed whether
it was holding onto a luggage before and after check-in/check-out or
suppling us with a cot.

KEPT UP ALL NIGHT BY PARTY IN ROOM NEXT DOOR
Asked for quite room and given room next to others who had balcony party.
Additionally room was old with holes in curtains etc.

RESERVATION
Disappointed with multiple reservation issues at this hotel. We were
relocated to another hotel one night and then our reserved room was not
available the second night. While Marriott did cover some of the room
charges, I do expect more from Marriott as a lifetime platinum member.

Great location, ideal for my recent vacation. Loved having Starbucks around
the corner. Very friendly staff and excellent property- clean room & very
comfortable bed. Only small annoyance was tiny bathroom that needed more
shelf space and towel bars

If you choose this hotel, you will enjoy the shower and the clean

Dear PDK, thank you for sharing your feedback, I am glad you found your
room to be clean and enjoyed your shower. I am very sorry you were not
informed that we have a very nice, full service Starbucks in our lobby
that serves Breakfast, Coffee as well as having numerous lunch / dinner
options. You also should have a fully stocked Coffee machine in your
room. We do have limited parking on site but there are numerous parking
garages across the street, please ask one of our associates to point
them out next time you are in town. Thank you again and have safe

I'LL BE BACK.
This place shines in the dismal location of downtown.
I was so disappointed how Denver had gone down hill. Homeless everywhere,
vomit and pee on the 16th street mall. This city block the hotel is on,
however is clean, well patrolled by security, and is packed full of staff
that give a hoot how your stay is going. I really liked it actually. I
would recommend to anyone who needs to be in the center of town, this is
your place. They will make you feel safe, and cared for. More so then any
other location in this chain. This is a clean and friendly location. Please
note there is no breakfast provided, but there is a Starbucks on site and a
caribou across the street. Great for people watching.

As mentioned, during this stay and the last several the staff has been
indifferent to guests. The male on duty Saturday 10 Sept PM and Sunday 11
Sept was the exception helpful and friendly. Frankly he stood out just for
that reason. I likely will either find another Marriott property of just
change to the Hilton brand.

GOT THE JOB DONE
I think looking back we would have chosen something a little more lively.
We planned on dining at the in-house restaurant and bar (we traveled as a
group of women and safety is important) but were never told they no longer
have the restaurant or bar. During our stay (months after closure of said
bar and restaurant) these are still listed on their website and app as
available and as a perk of staying at this hotel. Bottom line is that they
didn’t quite deliver on amenities. Gym was nice, lobby is pretty and rooms
were good. Had we known there were no dining or drinks on site, aside from
a small market with crackers and waters, we would have chosen another
location.

TERRIBLE LOCATION
Nice enough hotel. But, the area is congested with vagrants, panhandlers
and criminals. I would not want my family staying anywhere in this area.
