DAVID E. BEHNKEN, P.E.

CIVIL ENGINEER

 * Mr. Behnken holds his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from
   Colorado State University, Fort Collins, CO. He is a professional engineer
   licensed in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

 * Mr. Behnken is a member of the ASTM International Committee F-13 on
   Pedestrian/Walkway Safety and Footwear, the American Society of Civil
   Engineers and the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA).

 * Mr. Behnken is an ICC Certified Residential Building Inspector, an ICC
   Residential Mechanical Inspector and a RCS Building Inspector in New Jersey.

 * Mr. Behnken’s professional experience includes forensic engineering
   investigation and evaluation of design and construction elements related to
   civil and safety engineering including walkways, stairways, roadways, and
   building construction. His work also includes design civil and safety
   engineering analysis related to OSHA and building code compliance, accident
   evaluation and cause and origin analysis.

 * Prior to joining AEL Mr. Behnken served as a department head of engineering,
   a design engineer, a project manager, and surveyor for various engineering
   firms in the New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts area.  His
   work included commercial, industrial and residential site development
   including subdivisions, road and utility design and layout, retaining walls,
   grading, stormwater analysis and municipal and state approval/permitting.
