RATE CARD

Mediations-Half Day 3 hour minimum | Full Day 6 Hour Minimum Rate
2 Party Case: $250 per hour per party

3 or 4 Party Case: $275 and hour

Non-Binding Arbitration
$250 per party per hour

Binding Arbitration
$450 per hour

Party appointed arbitrator or umpire in three member tribunal. I meet the
requirement of surplus line policies that require an arbitrator or umpire to
have previously worked as a senior executive in claims or underwriting at an
insurance company. I am one of the few ADR specialists that meet that criterion.
Mediation Cancellation Fee If the mediation is cancelled or re-scheduled less
that 24 hours prior to the scheduled and Noticed conference, the parties may be
responsible for a one hour cancellation fee.

BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Curtis Hutchens created CHMediation in 2011 to assist insureds, claimants, and
their attorneys to decide whether to defend, prosecute or settle lawsuits prior
to trial. He developed the skills necessary to be an effective mediator as a
civil trial attorney, Claims Counsel for Nationwide Insurance, and Chief claims
Counsel for Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. Mr. Hutchens has practiced
law in Florida since 1989 and now maintains a virtual statewide practice. He is
also available in person, anywhere in the state, as needed. (Link to resume)
