Oddbox


£800K+ IN REVENUE.


Wonky produce brand Oddbox suffered from months of rising CPA, unpredictable
results, and stagnating
creatives.

We identified multiple creative angles that had not been explored that aligned
with our customer research data.

By fine tuning Oddbox's creative strategy to align with the customer data, we
were able to generate an additional £800k+ in revenue over 3 creative
deliveries.
Wild


32% LOWER CAC.


Natural deodorant brand Wild had a large creative resource but still faced high
CPA's and inconsistent profitability across Meta channels.

We found that Wild were focusing solely on one creative type, and core messaging
that didn't align with the main problem their customers faced.

Within 30 days of launching new creatives, we cut CAC by over 30%, increased
thumb-stop 126% and generated an additional 4,800 sales.
Pact Coffee


89% LOWER CAC.


Ethical coffee brand Pact Coffee struggled with profitability on social after
IOS14 privacy changes sent their CAC through the roof.

Pact Coffee had seen success with static ads, but couldn’t make video work in
their creative mix.

Over 6 months we developed a suite of data driven polished commercial and UGC
assets, cutting CAC from £65 to £35, then from £35 to £7, resulting in an 89%
total reduction.
Grüum


68% LOWER CAC.


Sustainable beauty brand grüum were challenged by rising ad costs on Meta making
a once profitable channel almost impossible to use.

We found that grüum had only explored a limited number of creative formats, non
of which made paid social a viable channel for them.
‍
Over a 90 day period we rolled out numerous net new creative types, finding
polished commercial ads and stop motion to be best performers. This resulted in
a 68% lower CAC across Meta platforms, whilst maintaining sales growth.
