TO UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:




1. Download the Customer Information Sheet (CIS).



2. Fill-out the CIS and prepare 1 valid government-issued ID (original and a
photocopy). See the list of acceptable IDs.


3. Go to any BPI branch to submit the completely filled-out CIS and a photocopy
of your ID.
