We quote for the goods together with a pretty accurate fitting estimate in
store;  after which we insist upon a free comprehensive local Home Survey to
ensure you can have your dream fireplace fitted within budget – before the
fireplace is made and delivered.

EXPERTISE
We’ve been here in Rugeley for over 35 years. Our team are kept up to date with
best practices and new regulations. We also offer home advice, an extra service
at a charge which is agreed at the time of enquiry – if you’re not quite ready
for a site survey and need extra help in deciding what to order.

Emma’s an expert at making your dream a reality. She can help design your media
centre, fireplace or flue system.
Our in store fireplaces have earned their place for their durability, quality
and ease of use.
If we don’t believe in a product or brand we won’t recommend them.

Our customers, over the years, have recommended to us multiple installation
firms offering a full range of installation services, and you can choose to use
as much or as little of their service as you wish. Remember, we are happy to
liase with your chosen fitters for as little inconvenience as possible.

and expert service guaranteed.  Rugeley Fireplaces are the longest trading
fireplace and stove retailer in Rugeley and the surrounding areas.

All installation engineers recommended by Rugeley Fireplaces past customers have
been verified as  Gas Safe or HETAS/OFTEC registered.  They will be more than
happy to answer any questions you may have during their survey and installation.

The team and products were exceptional

From initial contact right through to final installation of the gas log burner
fire the team were exceptional in their enthusiasm in their products. Guided us
through what we needed to complete the look for our fireplace. Fitting was great

Great shop, products and service

Rugeley Fireplaces and Stoves is a lovely shop with friendly, professional and
knowledgeable staff. I live on a narrowboat and they made it easy for me to
replace the glass and whole new set of fire bricks for my stove. 

Great service, lovely people.

Very Helpful

Emma in the shop was very helpful and friendly, not pushy. Arranged for fitter
to come and do inspection and gave provisional fitting data. Fitter came on time
as arranged. Spent quite a lot of time checking everything was okay. 

He came back on a pre-arranged date and spent several hours working, but
unfathomably, the fire wasn't drawing. Will return when weather more favourable,
but didn't want any money until he's got it working. Excellent.

Excellent Service

Emma was fantastic and guided us through the whole process. Emma has so much
knowledge about wood burners.

The fitter was brilliant and came up with ways to create exactly what we
wanted.

5 StarHad a problem with a bird trapped in the chimney so contacted Rugeley
Fireplaces. Emma immediately understood the issue and Darren was with us within
15 minutes. Took a short while to extricate the bird but we were impressed with
