OUR MISSION

The Junction City, Kansas Police Department provides professional and ethical
public safety services to improve the quality of life in our community, making
Junction City a safe and enjoyable city to live in. Our mission is to protect
and serve with honor and integrity while being committed to a positive
relationship with our community.


INTEGRITY

The community places the highest trust in law enforcement personnel. Each member
of the Junction City Police Department must recognize they are held to a higher

Physical Agility Test

300 Yard run with the following obstacles:

 * Dummy drag – haul at minimum a 185-pound dummy for 50 feet.
 * 6’ Chain link fence climb/wall jump.
 * 5’ long jump.
 * Dummy must be taken to the ground and handcuffed
 * Slalom cone agility pattern.

 

The course must be completed in 2 minutes 30 seconds.
