Join us on December 1, 2024, as we embark on this exhilarating journey starting from Khandeshwar Railway Station and culminating at the Khandeshwar Ground. This marathon is designed for all adventure enthusiasts, offering categories including a Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K Run, and 5K Fun Run. The RAIGAD PANVEL MARATHON is not just a race, but an adventure that promises to challenge your endurance and ignite your spirit of exploration. Join us and become an ambassador of adventure and exploration in the heart of Panvel. * Race Name – RAIGAD PANVEL MARATHON 2024 * Race Date – 01 December 2024 * Location – Khandeshwar Ground, Khandeshwar Railway, Panvel * T&C - I declare, confirm and agree as follows that: EVENT DESCRIPTION Raigad Panvel Marathon 2024 (1st Edition) - Run to Promote Sports Awareness . This event is organized to foster fitness and a healthy environment among family, friends, and children. Runners across all age groups are encouraged to be a part of the Raigad Panvel Marathon. FULL MARATHON 18 to 30 Years 31 to 40 Years 41 to 50 Years 51 & Above Years HALF MARATHON 18 to 30 Years 31 to 40 Years 41 to 50 Years 51 & Above Years 10K RUN DREAM RUN 16 to 30 Years 31 to 40 Years 41 to 50 Years 51 & Above Years 5KM TIMED RUN 12 to 30 Years 31 to 40 Years 41 to 50 Years 51 & Above Years 2KM SILVER RUN 5yrs & Above Run 60yrs & Above Senior Citizen Champions with Disability No refunds will be entertained. Confirmation messages and running numbers [BIB / Chest Number] will be sent to all confirmed participants who have provided a valid mobile number in the registration form. All timed participants in the 42km, 21km, 10km, races will receive a timed bib, t-shirt, unique medal, hydration, refreshment, and an e-timing certificate. Non-timed 5km and 2km participants will receive a bib, medal, hydration, and refreshment. TERMS & CONDITIONS I DECLARE, CONFIRM, AND AGREE AS FOLLOWS THAT : * I understand that I shall participate only on the route designated by the Event organizer. * I am aware of the purposes for which my personal data may be used by the organizers. * I have given true and complete information in this application form and am solely responsible for the accuracy of this information. * In case of any illness or injury caused to me or death suffered due to any medical reasons or medical condition during the Event or at any time thereafter as a result of the Event, regardless of whether such medical reasons or condition shall have been pre-existing conditions known by me and further regardless of whether I shall have disclosed, at any point in time, the existence of such reason or condition to any person, none of the sponsors of the Event or the organizers or any persons or entities associated with the Event or the directors, employees shall be held responsible/liable by me. * I shall adhere to all the health protocols/formalities implemented by the organizers for on-ground Event Participation. * I understand and agree that I shall receive Event-related updates on the registered mobile number through WhatsApp. * I understand and agree to the Event terms and guidelines. * Please Note: Winners will be required to present a copy of their Aadhar Card while claiming the prize after the event finishes within a week. FAQS WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE EVENT? The event is called the RAIGAD PANVEL MARATHON 2024. WHEN WILL THE MARATHON TAKE PLACE? The marathon will be held on December 1, 2024. WHERE IS THE MARATHON LOCATION? The marathon will start at Khandeshwar Railway Station and end at Khandeshwar Ground, Panvel. WHAT ARE THE RACE CATEGORIES? The race categories include a Full Marathon (42.195 km), Half Marathon (21.0975 km), 10K Run, and a 5K Fun Run. HOW CAN I REGISTER FOR THE MARATHON? Registration can be completed online via our official website. Early bird registration details and deadlines will also be available on the website. WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE? Registration fees vary based on the race category. Detailed fee structure is available on the registration page of the official website. WHAT AMENITIES ARE PROVIDED TO PARTICIPANTS? Participants will receive a race bib, timing chip (for competitive categories), t-shirt, finisher medal, and access to hydration and aid stations along the route. IS THERE A TIME LIMIT TO COMPLETE THE MARATHON? Yes, there is a time limit. Full Marathon participants must complete the race within 6 hours, Half Marathon within 3 hours, 10K within 1.5 hours, and 5K within 1 hour. ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS? Yes, participants must be at least 18 years old for the Full and Half Marathon, 15 years old for the 10K Run, and 10 years old for the 5K Fun Run. Minors must have parental consent. HOW CAN I VOLUNTEER FOR THE EVENT? Volunteer registration is open on our official website.
