changes that will ensure pay is fair and equitable for all DHS employees. (Note that this survey is not related to TSA’s “Pay Equity” initiative.) The survey has four parts:<br>1.<span

style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Non-work Factors Related to Pay<br>4.<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Demographics<br> <br>The survey will take
approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary. Your responses will be completely confidential and reported in groups of at least 10 respondents. Please note the response scale when responding to each item, as it
varies throughout the survey. When responding, please use these definitions:<br><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span></span><strong>Supervisor</strong>:
This is your direct supervisor, typically responsible for your performance appraisal and approval of leave requests.<br><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt;">
</span></span><strong>Work unit</strong>: This is your immediate work unit headed by your immediate supervisor. <br><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt;">
</span></span><strong>Organization</strong>: This is your agency, office, or division. Please respond based on the level in your organization that is appropriate for the content of the question. Depending on how your organization is
