Stories change the way we think of ourselves between our two ears.

Stories change the way people talk about us when we are not in the room.

Stories change the way consumers see our offerings.

Stories change the way investors respond to our business pitch.

Stories change the way our teams look at us and feel inspired.

Stories change the very way we work or we lead, and how it matters at all.

Dr. Swaminathan R Head, Center of Innovation, Incubation, Entrepreneurship and

The main success of your talk is that during the activity session some of the
audience also shared their story and you were also kind enough to guide them in
telling their story, which eventually helpsthem in improving the personal
branding.

Soumadeep Sen Director at Bizsensors Infotech Pvt Ltd

Sinjini can create emotionally safe and conducive space for participants to open
up and explore their strengths in sharing their voice and narratives. It helps
to build a sense of deep connect and community, and can reflect in the trust and
collaboration they show at work. Stories bring out the best in people, and
Sinjini facilitates that transformation deftly.

‘Storytelling’ can transform a person's life and career growth. Sinjini puts all
efforts to bring out the best in participants, and encourages them to work with
their natural skills. She has also helped a number of IEEE members from

The most important thing to me is the attitude and the mindset change that I
have undergone with respect to Storytelling

Deep Ahuja Sharma Managing Partner, TPC Leadership India, Coach, Author,
Speaker, Gurgaon

Some stories got ignited in me when you made us to do that exercise: What
excites you, surprise you, intrigues you, to - what is it that the world needs?
Then I started off from being a spectator to a victim to Victor. Also got my
clients to do the same.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT US -

SINJINI SENGUPTA, FOUNDER OF LIGHTHOUSE

Following my mission to bring hearts to work with Storytelling, I left the world
of numbers as an Associate Actuary to create the world of narratives as the
Founder of Lighthouse.

The inner growth came from long Noble Silence spells at several Vipassana
retreats.

The validation came from speaking at TEDx multiple times, guest lectures at
premier academic institutes, features & columns in major media publications, my
award-winning book ELIXIR also made into a short-film screened at 69th Cannes,
many global awards, keynotes & felicitations.

Oh, and a walk down the red carpet at 69th Cannes Film Festival for screening of
Elixir.

My journey was replete when I explored, embraced and empowered the stories of my
being.

I believe the time has come to explore, embrace and empower the story power
within each of us.

I help you do that, at Lighthouse.

SEEN ON:

“The book Elixir explores an individual’s inner life vis-a-vis a materialistic
society.”

– The Hindu

“Elixir is a quest novel about the protagonist’s journey to grapple with her
self. To me, it is the story of the mysteries of the human mind told with
masterly strokes. “

– Kitaab

“The film is set in a café, where a woman is served a liquid that looks, tastes,
and smells like water, but is not water. The story then follows her as she
experiences life on a heightened, existential plane.”

– Hindustan Times
