HOW DO I REQUEST APPROVAL TO MOVE IN MY ADA SERVICE ANIMAL?


FAQ > RESIDENT EXPERIENCE

We will submit any request for an ADA Service animal for approval so long as the
Tenant supplies a completed application with all required supporting documents,
including photo of Service/Support Animal and updated vet records in accordance
with local city and/or county requirements. Once approved, an addendum will be
provided for all parties to the contract to sign. Once completed, the Service
Animal will be authorized for the property.
