After being licensed, I took a course in table Thai yoga and found my niche. I continued in depth training in a workshop in Thailand. I was fortunate to be trained in Thai yoga massage and even luckier to have found Yogamu where I have learned so much more about traditional yoga, myself, my body, my mind and soul.
