MASTER OF LAWS IN TAXATION

The LLM in taxation is for attorneys who have graduated from a law school
approved by the American Bar Association.

The MT is for applicants with an undergraduate bachelor’s degree in accounting
or a related field who have a demonstrated interest in the field of taxation.

The Villanova Graduate Tax Program offers qualified professionals a stand-alone
certificate program which provides a comprehensive course of study involving the
tax and practical aspects of state and local taxation, estate planning, or

JOINT JD/LLM IN TAXATION

**Current Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law Students only**

The law school offers a combined JD/ LLM in Taxation allowing current Villanova
JD students the opportunity to begin pursuing the LLM in Taxation while enrolled
in law school. Applicants should apply for admission at the end of their third
semester of law school and begin course work during their fourth semester of law
school.
