The updated Modern eClaim form available on eyefinity.com has a fresh look and
new features to improve your claim submission experience. View the transition
timeline, Modern eClaim tips, features, and training resources below. 


ECLAIM TRANSITION - WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Classic eClaim Removal
The final step in the transition to Modern eClaim was removing access to Classic
eClaim as follows:

 * May 12, 2022 – California Providers
 * June 9, 2022 – Providers in all other states

MODERN ECLAIM FEATURES

In addition to its friendlier look and feel, the streamlined Modern eClaim
interface on eyefinity.com was designed to improve your online experience:

 * NEW! Updated VSP claim tracking tool functionality – easily view details for
   a specific paid or priced claim
 * All information on a single page – quickly jump to form sections using the
   navigation links
 * Coordination of benefits (COB) functionality – ditch the paper forms and
   manage your COB process online

Modern eClaim also allows VSP® to better support future system and security
updates, which can help minimize system disruptions that can affect your access
to claim filing.
