COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect information, including personal information, directly from you,
automatically when you use our website and our Products, and, where permitted by
law, through third party sources.

The type of personal information that we collect from you will depend on your
specific interaction with our website and/or our Products, and may include: your
first and last name, professional title, employer or company name, email
address, mailing address, phone number, country/region, password and any other
personal information that you choose to provide to us. When you purchase
Products on our website, or register for an event, we (or our third-party credit
card or payment processor on our behalf) may collect personal data including
your credit card number. We also retain information on your behalf, such as the
personal data described above and any correspondence or blog comments.

If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail (e.g., in response to an
employment opportunity posted on our website, or by sending us a question about
our privacy practices), we will collect your name and e-mail address, so that we
can reply, as well as any other content included in or provided with the email,
such as a resume. When you participate in one of our surveys, we may collect
additional profile information as noted in the survey. We also collect other
types of Personal Data that you provide to us voluntarily, such as operating
system and version, information about your application and operating
environment, and other requested information if you contact us via e-mail or
open a ticket regarding support for the Products.

When you post comments on our blog, the information contained in your posting
will also be stored on a server and other users will be able to see it. Please

public information (for example, if you choose to post to our forum, your name
and content of your post will appear). We are not responsible for the use of any
personal information that you choose to post to our website.

Personal Data is being collected.

Information we collect automatically as you use our website:

When you use our website, we collect information via Dynatrace digital
performance monitoring software, Google Analytics and other third-party service
providers. We automatically collect and record in our server logs the following
information about your use of our website through cookies, web beacons, and
other technologies: usage data, IP address, web browser type/version, operating
system and website visit information such as date, time and pages viewed,
language preferences, search engine keywords used and length of time on our
website. We also will collect click-through information related to Dynatrace
emails and banner advertisements.

We also use Dynatrace Session Replay, a tool which enables us to record user
sessions on our website and replay your journey. Session Replay may include your
view (browser or screen output) and user input (keyboard and mouse inputs,
mobile gestures). Its main purpose is to identify problems in the application
for customer support purposes, particularly when you encounter an error or
failure. It can also be used to help improve customer experience and to identify
obstacles in conversion processes on our websites. Session Replay is configured
in such a way that it will mask out data entered in certain fields (like name,
credit card number, health condition) to prevent personal data from being
stored.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may combine this data with other

Information collected from third parties:

From time to time, we may receive personal information about you from third
party sources like partners, resellers, analytics providers or companies that
provide services (such as payment processing services in connection with our
website), but only where we have checked that these third parties either have
your consent or are otherwise legally permitted or required to disclose your
personal information to us.

Our resellers and companies that provide our Products through their online
marketplace may supply us with personal data, such as your name, telephone,
email, and business address to help us fulfil orders, and provide services and
support. To enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, information and
offers about our Products to you, we may also obtain information about you from
other sources such as public databases, social media platforms, joint marketing
partners, as well as from other third parties.

 * To assist us in determining relevant advertising channels both on our
   website, on third party websites, and through other channels, as well as to
   evaluate the success of our advertising campaigns.
 * To tailor the content and information that we may send or display to you, to
   offer location customization, and personalized help and instructions, and to
   otherwise personalize your experiences while using the website.

time we collect your personal information. We may also use your personal
information for other purposes that are not incompatible with the purposes we
have disclosed to you (such as statistical purposes or to monitor performance,
to provide high quality service, and to be able to quickly solve issues in error
situations) if and where this is permitted by applicable data protection laws.

Use of personal information collected through our customer portal

As a customer or partner, you may have the option of accessing your account
through the support & community portal (the "Customer Portal"). Except as
otherwise required by law, we will use any personal information that you submit
through the Customer Portal about your own end user customers for the purpose
for which you provided the personal information to us.


PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE:

Dynatrace may share your information, including your personal information, with
the following:

 * Affiliated entities. As permitted by applicable law, we may share your
   personal information with Dynatrace entities around the globe to assist us in
   provisioning Products to you (where applicable) and for their own marketing
   purposes, based on your location and the Products of interest to you.
 * Distributors and resellers. As permitted by applicable law, we may share your
   personal information with our authorized distributors and resellers who
   provide our Products in your area.
 * Service providers. We may disclose the personal information we collect from
   you to third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who
   perform functions on our behalf. This may include our use of a third-party
   hosting company, which may store your personal information in the cloud or a
   third-party company that sends you marketing correspondence on our behalf.
 * Any competent law enforcement body, regulatory, government agency, court or
   other third party where we believe disclosure is necessary (i) as a matter of
   applicable law or regulation, (ii) to exercise, establish or defend our legal
   rights, or (iii) to protect your vital interests or those of any other
   person.
 * A potential buyer or investor (and its agents and advisers) in connection
   with any proposed investment, purchase, merger or acquisition of any part of
   our business, if we inform the buyer it must use your personal information

   of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the personal information we have
   collected from you to the other company.

   we collect from you to comply with the law, a judicial proceeding, court
   order, or other legal process, such as in response to a court order or a
   subpoena.
 * To protect us and others. We also may disclose the personal information we
   collect from you where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent or
   take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations
   involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our
   Terms of Use, contractual terms or this Notice, or as evidence in litigation
   in which we are involved.
 * Aggregate and de-identified information. We may share aggregate or

ONLINE JOB APPLICATIONS

The website provides the opportunity for candidates to submit their resume or

Dynatrace will be held in confidence and used only for considering or accepting

preferred experience are determined by the subsidiary offering the position. All

DATA SECURITY

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal
information that we collect and process about you. The measures we use are
designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing
your personal information. Specific measures we use include restricting access
to staff on a need to know basis, encryption during transit and at rest, and use
of anti-virus software and intrusion detection systems to protect against
attacks or other unauthorized acts in respect of information systems.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Specifically, the Dynatrace group of companies (Dynatrace LLC and its

third-party service providers, whose servers are often located in the United
States and other locations as listed here:
www.dynatrace.com/company/trust-center/policies/. This means that when we
collect your personal information we may process it in any of these countries.

However, we have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your personal
information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Notice. These
include implementing the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for
transfers of personal information between our group of companies, which require
all group companies to protect personal information they process from the EEA in
accordance with European Union data protection and privacy law.

Our Standard Contractual Clauses can be provided on request. We have implemented
similar appropriate safeguards with our third-party service providers and
partners and further details can be provided upon request.


DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing
legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service
you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting
requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal
information, we will either delete or anonymise it or, if this is not possible
(for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup
