They are always available when I need anything. They seem to be more than just an insurance brokerage. They are very thorough at making sure I am covered and are always sharing information on how to prevent losses from happening. I truly feel like they are partners to my company. I ended up having a lot of problems with my Workmen's Comp. and getting a lot of claims which they were zero help with. I ended up having to go with another company and in order to get me not to sign with another company I had one of their brokers call me and tell me out right lies about the other company. He tried scare tactics to keep me from signing with a new company. They did zero to help me with all my claims, all they wanted to do was take my money and we're not helpful and at times incompetent and even rude. I have always been impressed with how many options are presented to me. I always know that I am getting the best price and properly covered. As a business owner, I was always been happy with my current agent, but two years ago he retired. I switched all of business insurance to Clinton Polley Group. I have been happy with my agents knowledge whenever I have a question, but what really stands out is level of service we've received. As a commercial contractor, we have a lot of certificates that we ask for. Their policy is 24 hours, but certificates regularly go within a couple of hours. I have referred many friends and business owners to them and I will continue to. I highly recommend this agency.
