I needed the fuel filters and oil filter changed on my Ram 3500 before heading
out for the summer trip. Payne Rio told me to come right in that day and took
care of all my service needs. I travel full time in my fifth wheel trailer and
have been to several Ram dealerships throughout the United States for service.
The service team at Payne Rio far exceeded all the others. From talking to them
on the phone to see if they could schedule me, to paying after the service was
completed was all an excellent experience. They made me feel like I was part of
the family and the price was fair. I will definitely utilize this dealership
again if I need service for my Ram while in the RGV! Keep up the good work!
