WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU KEEP?

Great question! First of all, we provide a paid service, so we do not need your
private data to stay operational. We only collect the most minimal data required
to keep the service healthy and operational. Storing your data can be more
expensive than you think. In order to provide service properly, we need to know
your email address, and if you bill in EUR/USD, we also need your billing
address to calculate the VAT. When you make a payment, we record the e-wallet
account ID that you used to make the payment (we have no way of knowing your
e-wallet account information through this ID) and we need to record this
information to prevent payment fraud. When you use the service, we record the IP
address, time, amount of data consumed, and the unique identifier of the device
used for our statistics; unique identifiers do not carry any personal
information. We do not store what websites you visit. Unless you explicitly ask
us to do so: sometimes some customers want to know where their traffic is going.
All the data we obtain is for our records only and will not be made available to
third parties. When requested by authorities with law enforcement powers over us
(e.g. tax authorities), we will provide the relevant authorities with the
information required by law (e.g. your billing address).
