     WHAT A GREAT HOTEL!
     
     What a great hotel! Starting with my pre-arrival contact, there is no doubt
     that the hotel staff recognized my Bonvoy status. The upgraded club room
     was attractive and comfortable, with a spacious, modern bathroom area. The
     club amenities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered an wide
     range of tasty choices. I was especially appreciative of the fine service
     provided at reception and in the bar area. I very much enjoyed my stay at
     the Sheraton Lisboa, and I hope to return.

     We absolutely loved our stay here. Our room was great, the food was great,
     but the best part was the hotel staff. They were probably the friendliest

     EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT EVERY TURN
     
     The customer service is exceptional in every area. It starts when check-in
     and the front desk personnel are extremely competent and helpful. The
     breakfast staff are attentive and the selections are plentiful (I recommend
     the poached eggs). The lounge and evening tapas are awesome; and the
     attendents are professionals. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You will

     The hotel is very large, nice, and has a friendly staff. They brought a
     stuffed animal for our toddler and even had a kids event going on during
     brunch. The lounge is on the main floor and had a good selection of drinks.
     Only downside of this hotel is that their contract with private drivers is
     way more expensive than other hotels (that are further into the city). The
     drivers wanted 75 euro each wayfor a 10/15 minute drive while other hotels
     got us drivers for 30 euros (for a 30 min drive). This is really expensive
     for a family as we could not take an uber/cab as we needed a car seat. We
     wound up taking the bus but it was more stressful as a couple of the buses
     did not show up for their scheduled stop. While this is not directly a
     fault of the hotel, a better price would make this a better hotel for
     families.

     OUR 52 WEDDING ANNIVERSARY TRIP
     
     We arrived on an early flight from Canada and the check in staff were very
     attentive, acknowledging our Titanium status with an immediate upgrade and
     complimentary breakfast. Much appreciated. Our week stay was memorable and
     special acknowledgement goes to Ishmael and his staff for the great and
     personal service in the Lounge. As well, we were honoured with a special
     champagne toast for our 52 anniversary arranged by the Manager. The
     breakfast staff were very friendly. We would definitely return and highly
     recommend this hotel.

     EXCELLENT LUXURY HOTEL TO STAY IN LISBON!
     
     My wife and I had a great time staying at the Sheraton Lisboa Resort & Spa.
     Right from the day we made the booking all the way through check-out, the
     team treated us with great care, genuine empathy, terrific local knowledge
     and professionalism. Thanks to the leadership-by-example demonstrated by
     Ms. Brigida Leao, we were able to have a very comfortable stay for 3 nights
     in a club level room. Ms. Ana Sofia Santos was just unbelievably good in
     her responsiveness and top notch help in answering all our questions
     related to our first ever visit to Portugal and Lisbon. We could not have
     asked for more. When it came to the lounge and breakfast services, every
     single person we came across was genuinely caring and service-minded. When
     we informed the staff that we are vegetarians, each person we encountered
     went out of their way to make sure that we had enough good things to eat.
     The lounge staff and the breakfast staff were especially good to interact
     with and get our requests fulfilled. Housekeeping and technical support
     were on hand within no time whenever we sought their help. Hats off to the
     entire team at Sheraton Lisboa Resort & Spa.
