We are very excited to share that Deliverect has secured more than $150 million
in Series D! With this new investment, we have crossed the $1 billion valuation
threshold, which, beyond the purely financial aspect, essentially proves the
value of our mission.

Today, we are very excited to share that Deliverect has secured more than $150
million in Series D!

We are thrilled to be growing so fast! Since we started this journey 3 years
ago, we've always had the ambition to be the backbone of on-demand food. 


With this new investment, we have crossed the $1 billion valuation threshold,
which, beyond the purely financial aspect and the “unicorn” status, essentially
proves the value of our mission. But more importantly, we’re approaching another
milestone, close to our heart! 9 months ago, we achieved 30 million orders
processed. Now, we’ve almost processed 100 million orders for our customers and
partners, across 40 markets! Seeing this growth means that our mission is more
relevant than ever, and we will continue to help and change the way the
hospitality industry adapts to the ever-changing digital world.








WHAT MATTERS TO US

When we founded Deliverect 3 years ago, our dream was to help hundreds of
thousands of restaurants, groceries, and q-commerce businesses to thrive online.
Four guys with a simple and clear vision. Our objective and commitment are still
the same today, and we’re proud that our positioning, based on the flexibility
of our solution, has proven useful to our 20.000+ customers worldwide! 

Our customers are our motivation and the driving force behind every action we
take. So hearing their experiences and enthusiasm for Deliverect gives us so
much drive. We’re so proud to know that, on average, they see an increase of 25%
in revenue as well as an 80% decrease in order failures. Online orders?
Simplified. Results? Delivered!

And these numbers do not only apply to the large chains we work with. As the
hospitality industry is a very fragmented sector, we believe smaller to
medium-sized restaurants can thrive through the extra channel of meal delivery.
They also struggle with integrating all those different meal delivery systems
but often don't realize that there is a solution for that. 

Since we serve this very wide range of customers, our software must be able to
'talk' to thousands, perhaps even tens of thousands of point-of-sales. We are
very proud and thankful for the now 300+ integrations we can offer by working
with our amazing partners.  

All of this is reflected in Deliverect’s crazy growth and effort. In 2019 we
worked with 50 partners, and we just processed 1 million orders. Now, we process
more than 2 million orders in just one week!




WHAT’S NEXT?

Digitalization has never been just a trend. It’s a critical requirement. That’s
why we’ll use this funding to expand our product portfolio and scale our
operations, with a clear focus on innovation and helping our customers succeed.
A little sneak peek? We are launching a dedicated App Store!

> This funding will advance our efforts to serve everyone in the hospitality
> community through our App Store and beyond. We’re thrilled for Deliverect’s
> next phase as the leader in online order automation, especially as so many
> people prefer the convenience of ready-to-eat food delivery today.




TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK

We’re happy to welcome Coatue Management LLC and Alkeon Capital Management to
the Deliverect journey, next to several of our other existing investors who also
participated in this round. We thank you all for continuing to support us!

Lastly, we wouldn’t have been able to come this far without our passionate team!
Let’s take a look down memory lane… In 2019, we were a bit more than 30
employees, in 5 offices around the world. And what a journey it has been! We’ve
grown so much, hired many more of our passionate employees, and worked even
harder to get where we’re at today. 

Now, we are almost 400 people, in 13 offices, and we serve more than 40 markets.
Deliverect’s success is all about teamwork, so a big thank you to all of our
team worldwide for their daily effort, commitment, and dedication.





Unicorn status is a milestone for us, and we look forward to celebrating it with
our partners, customers, and the entire team. It has been a crazy journey,
scaling up our operations and resources, and we can’t wait to grow further to
push our mission forward.
