What success looks like in this role:



Roles and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

 * Designs new Securonix deployments based on customer requirements; aid
   customers in refining existing Securonix deployments while applying Securonix
   best practices
 * Manages Securonix knowledge objects (Apps, Dashboards, Saved Searches,
   Scheduled Searches, Alerts)
 * Research and architect solutions for device integration with customer
   infrastructure and security technologies.
 * Partner with the Securonix Product Management and Development teams to
   continuously enhance the product integration capabilities.
 * Deploys Securonix Enterprise Security in support of Security Operations
   Centre activities at customer sites
 * Develops custom Securonix use cases to meet customer needs in a variety of
   domains: IT security, financial, IT ops, human resources, physical security,
   etc.
 * Collaborated with key stakeholders and internal teams to define enterprise
   architecture principles, standards and guidelines, and blueprints.
 * Developed enhanced and maintained reference architectures for various
   capabilities.
 * Translated business requirements into systems qualities and repeatable design
   strategies and patterns, such as adaptability, scalability, availability, and
   reusability.



Desired Candidate Profile:

 * Strong experience on Administrating the Securonix SIEM tool.
 * Experience in building Securonix Technology Add-ons and configuring field
   extractions for various data sources
 * Strong understanding of the underlying infrastructure and components
   (lookups, modular inputs, standard inputs, relationships between varying
   configuration files, etc.)
 * Experience working with other big data analytics solutions (Kafka, SOLR,
   HBASE, HDFS, Zookeeper) is mandatory
 * Experience working with CLOUD provider solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
 * A good understanding and exposure to Cyber Security attacks and techniques
 * Understanding or proficiency in Big Data platforms/Cloud Technologies
   (preferably AWS) is an added advantage
 * Strong experience and expertise engineering Securonix solutions for a variety
   of customers
 * Strong skills with a scripting language; Python preferred, JavaScript and/or
   Perl also valuable
 * Strong understanding of Cloud Security and Networking Concepts and practices.
 * Ability to learn and retain new skills in a changing technical environment.





You will be successful in this role if you have:

Qualifications:

 * Minimum 5+ years of experience in security domain with exposure to Security
   Products
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Willingness to learn new technology platforms
 * Preferred Qualifications: SIEM Experience, Vulnerability Management,
   Recognized network and security certifications, Security+, CEH, ECIH, GCIH,
   GCIE etc.
 * Experience on other SIEM tools like LogRhythm, Sentinel, Splunk etc.
 * Certification on the respective tool is added advantage



Any Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.
