Why do delegates sign as their name?
I understand how to add a delegate> I don’t understand why, when the delegate
goes to sign the document, they sign as themselves. I thought a delegate is for
our case where we have an administrative assistant who monitors their manager’s
signing workflow. Why can’t the delegate sign with the manager’s name?

Hi, We sometimes have documents that there is a couple of different people that
needs to sign, and me as a sender of the document need to be able to go in to
the document and see the “status” to see which signatures are missing so i can
remind the people, and which signatures that are already done. But now when i
log in i can only see “in progress”. Is there any way to change this so that I
can see the progress?

How to prove forged and scanned Docusign documents
Hi, I recently received scanned copies of DocuSign documents that I neither
received any prior information about via email nor signed. The documents display
an Envelope ID at the top and Certificate ID at the signature, but there are no
timestamps or email addresses of any parties on the signed page. When I logged
into DocuSign to retrieve information using the Envelope ID, I received an error
message stating that the information could not be provided. The sender claims
they only have a scanned copy and lost everything and cannot provide a
certificate of completion. How can I prove this document is forged in a court of

How to remove the Docusign account owner as default recipient for signing
documents
Hello All I have a power automate flow that uses Docusign to sign documents by
using “Create envelope using template with recipients” step in power automate.
When testing flow it seems that Docusign sends 2 emails (one to the Docusign
account owner, and other to the intended recipient that should receive signing
request) How do I adjust settings in docusign such that I remove the “Default”
(Account owner) from receiving signing request? The account owner should not be
getting signing request. Only the intended recipient (Which I set dynamically
via power automate flow) should be the signer of the document.

Using Two Separate Docusign Accounts To Execute An Agreement
The signing process for our agreements initiates through our Docusign eSignature
account. The customer signs first, then it is routed to us for our signature.
However, we have a high-profile customer that refuses to use that process. They
want us to send them a PDF version of the agreement and they route it through
their Docusign account with us signing first. Is there a way we can route it
through our Docusign eSignature account internally first then send them the
signed version without locking it up?

Wont let us sign
When myself or my other signer on the account prepare a contract we sign first.
It will not let either one of us sign. I hit the [SIGN] button and the working
circle just goes and goes and we are never able to sign or pull up that
document. This just started happening 08-22-24. I use this same contract several
time a day and this customer is one of our larger customers that has received
several contracts a month with no problems.

SMS link not working
I have a document to sign via DocuSign. I received a link by email, clicked on
it, entered my phone number and received an SMS. The SMS contains a link, but
this link is not working and sends me on a non existent page. The link I receive
is in the form https://identity.docusign.net/id/... But the page it sends me on
is in the form https://identity.docusign.net/error?aspxerrorpath =/id/... I
tried with Chrome on mobile, and even copying the link on Firefox PC. Same

Delegated signing feature isn't working
Delegated signing feature isn't working Within our business account, we
attempted to set up an active delegate for another admin account. We specified
the start and end dates of the delegation, and the delegate is a member of the
same account. The delegate receives the notification from DocuSign as a
delegate. However, when envelopes are sent, it do not reach the delegate,
neither in their email nor in their DocuSign profile inbox. We are unsure if we
are within the limitations and considerations of delegated signing within
DocuSign, but we don't understand if we might be encountering one of them. Does
anyone know?, Are we missing something during the set up? in the featuring?

I sometime have to sign documents with just my name, and sometimes I have to
sign with my name and a title afterwards, such as Trustee. Does Docusign allow a
signer to select which signature to use before I start signing a document? If

PDF attached to completed email for only ONE recipient
We have a use case that wants on the completed email notifications, to attached
the completed signed pdf to only ONE recipient in the signing order. Is this
possible? If so, how do you do it? Second question: Regarding attaching the pdf
to completed email notifications. Can this ‘rule’ be defined at the template
level? ex: Template 1 - yes we want the pdf to be attached to only one role on
the template. Template 2 - we do not want any pdf’s attached to any role on the
template. Is this possible?
