Q: WHAT BILL OF LADING IS ISSUED BY ESHIPPING?

A: Freight forwarder bill of lading (Hb / L) is issued for North American routes
and ship owner bill of lading (MB / L) is issued for non North American routes.

Q:WHEN CAN I GET THE BILL OF LADING?

A: After you have settled all the expenses, you can usually get the bill of
lading within 3 working days after the ship leaves, and on holidays.

Q: HOW TO PAY?

A: At present, the platform only supports offline payment. When you have no
doubt about the payment amount, please arrange the payment in time according to
the payment account indicated on the bill.

Q: WHAT KIND OF INVOICE?

A: Issue ordinary VAT invoice.
