LINDSEY NELSON STADIUM RENOVATIONS

Tennessee Athletics is thrilled to announce upcoming facility enhancements to
Lindsey Nelson Stadium at Robert M. Lindsay Field. Lindsey Nelson Stadium is set
to become one of the most premier college baseball venues in the country with
improved player development areas, more seating for Vol Nation, wider
concourses, more concession stands and restrooms, and NEW luxurious premium
sections. The new home of Vol Baseball will aim to provide a world-class
experience for current and future Volunteer student-athletes and fans alike.

WE NEED YOUR HELP AS WE DESIGN THE FUTURE OF LINDSEY NELSON STADIUM!

Help us determine the future of Lindsey Nelson Stadium. Your responses and seat
deposits will guide us as we develop the seating plan for our future. The
quicker we understand our demand and your preferences, the quicker we can
deliver the best college baseball stadium in the country. Please review the
seating options below and help us chase our goals for each seating product.

SUITES



Above the grandstand, watch every pitch in Lindsey Nelson Stadium from one of
the prime views of the diamond. Luxury suites hold 20 guests and includes
chairs, barstools, and an operable glass door to comfortably watch any Vols
game. These seats are close to the action and fun for entertaining!

Annual Cost: $66,000/year

*As we deliver brand new premium seating options within Lindsey Nelson Stadium,
capital gift commitments will assist in our funding model.  As such, one-time
capital gifts will increase donor rank and priority and may be involved with
purchase of season tickets in this location. Please contact the Tennessee Fund
to speak with a representative.

PORCH



PORCHES ARE CURRENTLY SOLD OUT FOR THE 2022 BASEBALL SEASON. TO JOIN THE WAITING

Baseball porches include a unique experience for fans at Lindsey-Nelson Stadium.
Each porch includes 20 tickets as well as a grill, heater, table with high top
chairs, and the opportunity to bring your own food and beverages to the game.

feature a 4-seat social table in an exclusive area along the third baseline.
Other amenities may include: in-seat food and drink service, access to a private
bar behind the loge boxes and access to the indoor, climate controlled club
behind home plate. Your executive style seats include a counter top for eating
and drinking convenience, as well as a personal flat-screen TV.

LINDSEY NELSON STADIUM RENOVATIONS



PLEASE NOTE:

All deposit money will be credited towards your ultimate purchase price once the
premium seating products are built.

All renderings and pricing are subject to change.

Seat selection for the new premium areas will occur in two groups. The first
group includes all current premium season ticket holders and individuals who
made a deposit prior to June 30, 2022. This group will have the first
opportunity to select premium seats in the NEW Lindsey Nelson Stadium. Once this
initial group has selected, Group 2, which includes all deposits made after June
30, 2022, will then select their premium seats. Additional communication will be
sent out to all those who made a deposit.

Expected completion date and formal construction timeline is TBD. Help us build
this quickly by making your deposit today!

Refunds will only be issued should your deposit not qualify you – based on
priority points and donor rank – for the premium seating product you applied
for.

Should you not get the seating product you applied for, deposit monies will be
redirected in a mutually agreed upon manner. (Example: putting deposit money
towards priority fund contribution of another sport).
