     Total Home Wi-Fi
     
     The Total Home Wi-Fi add-on is an upgrade available for our Full Fibre
     broadband services that are supplied with an Amazon eero on the Openreach
     footprint. If you don’t achieve Total Home Coverage (as detailed below)
     with your Full Fibre service, we’ll provide you with additional
     configuration and technical support and, where necessary, additional Amazon
     eeros to achieve it.
     
     Our Total Home Coverage Promise: Total Home Coverage means you have a
     download speed of at least 10Mbps in all eligible rooms. We’ll help you
     achieve Total Home Coverage, where your home falls within the following
     parameters: (i) up to 6 bedrooms; (ii) no basements, cellars or below
     street level rooms; (iii) no outbuildings or garden rooms; and (iv) any
     other reasonable parameters notified by us from time to time. Where you
     aren’t achieving Total Home Coverage, you agree we may send an engineer to
     investigate.
     
     The Total Home Wi-Fi add-on is only available on our Full Fibre services
     that are supplied with an Amazon eero, including Fibre 150, 500 and 900 on
     the Openreach footprint. Our Full Fibre and Total Home Wi-Fi services are
     not available in all locations.
     
     The Total Home Wi-Fi add-on is subject to an initial phone or online home
     assessment. If your home doesn’t pass our assessment, you won’t be eligible
     for our Total Home Coverage Promise as we may be unable to help you achieve
     Total Home Coverage. However, we may still be able to help you improve your
     home broadband coverage. If you still wish to purchase the Total Home Wi-Fi
     add-on despite such ineligibility, you may, but you won’t be able to use
     the cancellation option noted in the optimisation period section below. 
     
     A new 18 or 24 month minimum period will apply to your Full Fibre service
     and Total Home Wi-Fi add-on from your upgrade date, as agreed with you and
     detailed in your order confirmation email.
     
     We won’t charge you for the remaining duration of your current Full Fibre
     service or apply an upgrade fee, but you’ll have to pay the ongoing monthly
     charges for your Full Fibre service and Total Home Wi-Fi add-on for the new
     minimum period, as agreed with you and detailed in your order confirmation
     email.
     
     What you must do: Provide any reasonable information requested by us, and
     follow reasonable instructions given by us, regarding the Total Home Wi-Fi
     add-on.
     
     Optimisation period: If you don’t achieve Total Home Coverage in the first
     45 days of your upgrade, you may cancel your Total Home Wi-Fi add-on (but
     not any other service) without paying a contract breakage fee, provided:
     (i) you tell us before 5.30pm on day 45; (ii) if requested by us, you let
     us conduct an in-person home assessment to validate the failure to achieve
     Total Home Coverage; and (iii) any Amazon eeros provided as part of the
     Total Home Wi-Fi add-on are returned to us in accordance with our
     instructions, and in the condition they were provided. If you cancel your
     Total Home Wi-Fi add-on within your minimum period after day 45, or you do
     not return the applicable Amazon eeros in accordance with the above, you’ll
     be charged a contract breakage fee equal to £6 for each full month
     remaining in your minimum period. If you cancel any other services, other
     contract breakage fees may apply.

   * Fast Broadband
     
     Latest offer for the entire minimum term of your contract (£19.95 per month
     for 24 month contract, £32 per month for 18 month contract, £32 per month
     for 12 month contract). The price will rise in April each year by the rate
     of inflation plus 3.7%, from 2022. £9.95 Postage and Packaging required for
     equipment delivery. This plan has broadband with average speeds of 11Mb/s.
     Average speeds are based on the download speeds of at least 50% of our
     customer base at peak time (8pm-10pm). Speeds will vary depending on a

   * City Fibre plus Prime for a year
     
     The monthly price for Full Fibre plans will increase from April 2023 every
     year, by the Consumer Price Index rate of inflation plus 3.7%.
     
     Full Fibre: plans from £29.95 p/m, 24 month. You need to sign a new
     contract and will be subject to certain terms. All plans are subject to
     certain conditions (including location) and you need to pay by Direct

     The Netflix service is provided to you by Netflix Services UK Limited. The

     To use the Netflix service you must have Internet access and a Netflix
     ready device. Standard definition viewing requires broadband download
     speeds of 3Mb/s, High definition viewing requires broadband download speeds
     of 5 Mb/s. You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member of the

     In order to enjoy the Netflix service as part of your Fibre with Netflix

     Monthly access fee for TalkTalk TV subscription is £4. TalkTalk TV can be

     TalkTalk TV commitment is 30 days and can be cancelled with 48 hours notice
     any time thereafter (broadband contract length still applies and cannot be
     cancelled mid contract). If TalkTalk TV subscription is cancelled part way
     through a billing cycle, a credit for the remaining part of the month will
     be applied in the next cycle.
     
     TalkTalk TV will increase by £1 per month from 1st November 2022.
     
     TalkTalk TV 4K Box
     
     TalkTalk TV 4K Box is available when taking TalkTalk TV as an add on.
     Powered by Netgem TV, the TalkTalk TV 4K Box is a Freeview Play certified
     device. £9.95 P&P charge for new customers (includes router postage). Free
     postage for existing customers. For the fullest experience, you should
     connect your TalkTalk TV 4K Box to the internet and your TV aerial.
     
     Features pause and rewind (for up to 90 minutes), and access to over 80
     Freeview channels with 15 in HD and 7 day catch up. 7 day catch up
     available on certain channels, however may not be possible for all
     programmes on these channels.. Recording is available but requires a 32Mb
     minimum USB stick to be plugged into the USB port at the back of the
     TalkTalk TV 4K Box. A USB stick will not be provided by TalkTalk. TalkTalk
     TV 4K Box provides access to on demand content and certain subscription
     services (additional subscriptions may be required). Available platforms
     include; BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4, My5, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video,
     NOW, BT Sport Player, YouTube, YouTube Kids, Britbox, BBC Sounds, UKTV
     Play, STV, S4C, Milkshake, Pop Player, Rakuten TV, and hayu. These are
     accurate as of 23/06/2022 but subject to change. Minimum connection speed
     of 5Mb/s required to stream HD content. TalkTalk TV 4K provides access to
     4K content on BBC iPlayer, Netflix, Prime Video, BT Sport and YouTube. You
     will need a 4K supported TV to be able to watch in 4K. Minimum connection
     speed of 20Mb/s required to view 4K content. Please visit the Freeview
     coverage checker for expected channel availability.
     
     If you stop paying the TalkTalk TV access fee, TalkTalk may limit TalkTalk
     TV 4K Box features and content availability and may only return the box to
     its full capacity once TV access fee is fully paid.
   
   * Total Home Wi-Fi
     
     The Total Home Wi-Fi add-on is an upgrade available for our Full Fibre
     broadband services that are supplied with an Amazon eero on the Openreach
     footprint. If you don’t achieve Total Home Coverage (as detailed below)
     with your Full Fibre service, we’ll provide you with additional
     configuration and technical support and, where necessary, additional Amazon
     eeros to achieve it.
     
     Our Total Home Coverage Promise: Total Home Coverage means you have a
     download speed of at least 10Mbps in all eligible rooms. We’ll help you
     achieve Total Home Coverage, where your home falls within the following
     parameters: (i) up to 6 bedrooms; (ii) no basements, cellars or below
     street level rooms; (iii) no outbuildings or garden rooms; and (iv) any
     other reasonable parameters notified by us from time to time. Where you
     aren’t achieving Total Home Coverage, you agree we may send an engineer to
     investigate.
     
     The Total Home Wi-Fi add-on is only available on our Full Fibre services
     that are supplied with an Amazon eero, including Fibre 150, 500 and 900 on
     the Openreach footprint. Our Full Fibre and Total Home Wi-Fi services are
     not available in all locations.
     
     The Total Home Wi-Fi add-on is subject to an initial phone or online home
     assessment. If your home doesn’t pass our assessment, you won’t be eligible
     for our Total Home Coverage Promise as we may be unable to help you achieve
     Total Home Coverage. However, we may still be able to help you improve your
     home broadband coverage. If you still wish to purchase the Total Home Wi-Fi
     add-on
     
     despite such ineligibility, you may, but you won’t be able to use the
     cancellation option noted in the optimisation period section below. 
     
     A new 18 or 24 month minimum period will apply to your Full Fibre service
     and Total Home Wi-Fi add-on from your upgrade date, as agreed with you and
     detailed in your order confirmation email.
     
     We won’t charge you for the remaining duration of your current Full Fibre
     service or apply an upgrade fee, but you’ll have to pay the ongoing monthly
     charges for your Full Fibre service and Total Home Wi-Fi add-on for the new
     minimum period, as agreed with you and detailed in your order confirmation
     email.
     
     What you must do: Provide any reasonable information requested by us, and
     follow reasonable instructions given by us, regarding the Total Home Wi-Fi
     add-on.
     
     Optimisation period: If you don’t achieve Total Home Coverage in the first
     45 days of your upgrade, you may cancel your Total Home Wi-Fi add-on (but
     not any other service) without paying a contract breakage fee, provided:
     (i) you tell us before 5.30pm on day 45; (ii) if requested by us, you let
     us conduct an in-person home assessment to validate the failure to achieve
     Total Home Coverage; and (iii) any Amazon eeros provided as part of the
     Total Home Wi-Fi add-on are returned to us in accordance with our
     instructions, and in the condition they were provided. If you cancel your
     Total Home Wi-Fi add-on within your minimum period after day 45, or you do
     not return the applicable Amazon eeros in accordance with the above, you’ll
     be charged a contract breakage fee equal to £6 for each full month
     remaining in your minimum period. If you cancel any other services, other
     contract breakage fees may apply.

     BROADBAND SPEED CODE OF PRACTICE
     
     In TalkTalk we have voluntarily signed the residential version of Ofcom’s
     Code of Practice. By this we are sharing speed information, for both upload
     and download, factors affecting speed,  upfront or after sale with our
     customers. For speeds in specific, they are based on actual performance
     metrics of customers on the same product, during peak hours and according
     to the Ofcom methodology, so that our customers can take an informed
     decision on selecting our products. These speeds are from TalkTalk to your
     router/hub and are not inclusive of Wi-Fi speeds between your hub and your
     wireless device.  More specifically we provide, in different touchpoints,
     the following:
     
      1. Speeds: Normally available (download and upload), minimum (download and
         upload),  maximum (download and upload), advertised/headline (download
         and upload).
     
      2. Traffic: Explanation around actual speeds, impacting factors, speeds
         required for common uses and any policy that could impact speed.
     
     The code gives the right to our customers to exit their contract without
     penalty if the speed falls below the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed we
     promised and more specifically if the customer’s actual download speed
     falls below the minimum guaranteed download speed given at point of sale on
     a daily basis for at least three successive days, whether continuously or
     intermittently, after reporting of a speed problem, and we can’t fix the
     problem within 30 days. If you're a new customer on the Fibre 35/65 or
     Ultrafast 150/250, your line will go through a stabilisation period of 10
     days, when your speeds may fluctuate. Read more details about how the

     signing of the code.

     the speed test provided within the eero app, or

     Please note that The Broadband Speed Code of Conduct after 1st March 2019
     protects you if your throughput speed is lower than what we promised when

   * Monthly Allowance
     
     There is a monthly billing allowance on all TalkTalk packages. If you go
     over your allowance you will be barred from making outgoing calls from your
     TalkTalk landline (excluding calls to the emergency services) and you will
     be unable to select on-demand TV services. You will still need to pay for
     all charges in excess of your allowance limit. Please check My Account for
     further details.
   
   * Fibre Speeds
     
     Unlimited Fibre 35 Broadband - On average 3x faster Compared to TalkTalk’s
     average download speed on Fast Broadband. TalkTalk’s average download
     speeds are based on the download speeds of at least 50% of our customer

     Unlimited Fibre 65 - On average over 6x faster Compared to TalkTalk’s

   * Your Details
     
     We may contact you about our product and services. If you do not wish your
     details to be used for this purpose, please write to us at; The Data
     Protection Officer, TalkTalk, Soapworks, Colgate Lane, Salford, M5 3TT,
     stating your full name, address, account number and mobile phone number.
   
   * 30 Day Great Connection Guarantee
     
     You can cancel your Faster Fibre contract within 30 days of your line being
     connected provided that you cancel by calling 0345 172 0088.
     
     You will be charged for the period prior to your cancellation, including
     any set up or delivery charges. This does not affect your cooling off
     period. Offer does not apply to existing customers.
