DOWNLOADING AND UPDATING THE RING APP


UPDATING THE RING APP ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE

If you want to ensure that you have the latest version of the Ring App use one
of the links below to get updates. Updates to apps, allow you to have the latest
features and fixes.

Note: If you want to see what version of the app you have, open the Ring app on
your mobile device and tap the three lines on the top left. The small number
under Help (bottom left) is the app version.

You can check minimum mobile device requirements using this link. 


DOWNLOADING THE RING APP ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE FOR THE FIRST TIME 

The following link: ring.com/app will automatically begin downloading the
correct version for your mobile operating system.

Note: The Ring app is free. When downloading the app, you may need your username
and password for your device's store page.

If you would rather go directly to the app page for your device, use one of the
links below for your operating system:

THE RING DESKTOP APP EXPERIENCE IS MOVING TO RING.COM

Since January 2022, you can access Live View and get motion alerts, ding
notifications, and all the latest features when logged in at Ring.com. With
these updates, the Ring desktop app will be discontinued in 2022. Learn more.
