Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP, is President and Chief Executive Officer of
SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management.

With over 300,000 members in 165 countries, SHRM is the largest HR professional

As a global leader on the future of employment, culture and leadership, Mr.
Taylor is a sought-after voice on all matters affecting work, workers and the
workplace. He is frequently asked to testify before Congress on critical
workforce issues and authors a weekly column, “Ask HR,” in USA Today.

Mr. Taylor’s career spans over 20 years as a lawyer, human resources executive
and CEO in both the not-for-profit and for-profit space. He has held senior and

Nandan Nilekani is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Infosys Technologies Limited.
He was Founding Chairman of the Unique Identification Authority of India
(UIDAI), a Cabinet Minister rank, from 2009-2014. Most recently, Nandan has
cofounded and is Chairman of EkStep, a not-for-profit effort to create a
learner-centric, technology-based platform to improve basic literacy and
numeracy for millions of children. In 2005, he received the Joseph Schumpeter
prize for innovative services in economy, economic sciences and politics. In
2006, he was awarded the Padma Bhushan and named Businessman of the year by
Forbes Asia. Time magazine listed him as one of the 100 most influential people
in the world in 2006 & 2009. He also received the 22nd Nikkei Asia Prize for
Economic & Business Innovation 2017. Nandan Nilekani is the co-author of The Art
of Bitfulness: Keeping Calm in the Digital World with Tanuj Bhojwani. His

Tanuj Bhojwani is a storyteller who codes. He holds a chemical engineering
degree from IIT Bombay. He also attended Ashoka University and studied liberal
arts at the Young India Fellowship. His training in the sciences and humanities
allows him to craft narratives about technology that are accessible without
sacrificing technical depth. As a Fellow at iSPIRT Foundation, Tanuj works on
policy issues related to digital identity, payments, data protection and drones.
Prior to iSPIRT, Tanuj has been a VC and an entrepreneur. When not reading or
writing, Tanuj spends his time obsessing over board games, digital productivity
systems and magic. He lives and works in Bengaluru. Tanuj Bhojwani is the

Alexander Alonso, PhD, SHRM-SCP is the Society for Human Resource Management's

he has led numerous global business initiatives with the aim of unleashing human
potential through evidence-based management. His works have been published in

Achal Khanna is the CEO for SHRM India and Asia Pacific Head for Business
