The first movement studio to combine practice with hi-fidelity quadraphonic
sound, mixes designed for class and daily DJ sets streamed live on our radio. Be
guided by some of the most explorative practitioners, trained in a variety of
disciplines, each engineered to bring you back into the vast intelligence of the
body.

Coming to the mat at Om Being is less to do with flexibility, strength or what
pose you can do. Instead, we provide a non-judgemental space to explore your
inner-being and the embodied awareness cultivated from practice, bringing a
greater sense of balance and well-being to your life.
