IRYNA KREPCHUK

Investment Analyst

Iryna is an Investment Analyst at Trind, working from Tallinn office. She brings
diverse international background to the team and extensive experience in sales.




IVAR SIIMAR

Partner

Ivar is a Partner at Trind based in the Tallinn office. He is a global networker
at heart, eager to connect with founders with exceptional drive and ambition in
any industry and give candid feedback




JOEL AASMÄE

Managing Partner

Joel is based in Tallinn and oversees fund operations as a Managing Partner.
Given his strong legal background, he enjoys deep diving into complex business
models, legaltech, and fintech startups.




KIMMO IRPOLA

Partner

Kimmo is a Partner at Trind based in Helsinki. Industry-wise, he is “Jack of all
trades”, though he is often looking into HRtech and business solutions. He also
frequently visits his second home of Budapest as well as events in Prague and
Bratislava.




LIIS HIIE

Investment Analyst

Liis is an Investment Analyst based in Tallinn with a background in statistics.
She is a good communicator with an analytical mind.




MAI TERVE

COO

Mai is based in Tallinn and takes care of our finances and reporting. She keeps
our operations going and holds everyone to their deadlines.




PEETER KOMPUS

Investment Manager

Peeter is covering mainly Nothern- and Central European markets. He is
passionate about topics related to consumer, community, and platform solutions
along with metrics driving product-led growth for those solutions.




REIMA LINNANVIRTA

Partner

Reima is a Partner based in our Helsinki office. He brings diverse angel
experience to the team and often looks into Business Software, EdTech,
LegalTech, and beyond. He also drives the topic of diversity and sustainability
in tech.




TAAVI LEPMETS

Partner

Taavi is a Partner based in our Munich office. He likes diving into startup
metrics and looking into marketplaces, platforms, and consumer-facing solutions.
He’s good at sharing insightful and actionable feedback.
